Talked directly with Abe. Gave me the best price on my mini-split. Happy with the installation and quality of the product. Abe was always available to answer any questions, even after moths after installation. He even followed up the following day to .make sure my issue, which was user error, was resolved. Highly recommend Abes HVAC/R if you're looking for honest and quality work.

I have dealt with so many hvac companies and i have never been so impressed with abes hvac. They are very informative, educational on what they do and they are very well priced. I would recommend this service to everyone that needs help with their ac and heat. They are the best at what they do and abe is one of the most honest and respectful person in this business.
I recently called Abe to work on my boiler system that hadn't been maintained by the previous owners. After describing some of the problems I was experiencing with the boiler Abe was able to confirm what I suspected to be the issue and quickly got to work on fixing it. Despite how late it was when I called, he took his time and made sure to not only do a meticulous job but to also explain exactly what he was doing and why. He also made sure to answer all of my questions. I really could not have been anymore happy with his work and pricing. He is very sincere and more than willing to help. I would definitely recommend him if you have any issues with your heating.
MY HEATER WAS ACTING UP, CALLED MULTIPLE PLACES, NO ANSWER, LEFT MESSAGES, NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK. MY MOM RECOMMENDED ABE’S HEATING/COOLING. ABE CAME OUT WITHIN 30min TOOK EVERYTHING APART, CLEANED IT AND REPLACED EVERYTHING BACK ( EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER HIS SELF ). HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND REASONABLE.
If you have any heating or cooling issues, Abe is your man! I have been struggling with my boiler for several weeks now and have had very little luck with other boiler technicians. I have been charged several hundreds of dollars by other technicians who failed to fix or even correctly identify the issue with my boiler. As a result, I have avoided reaching out to anymore specialists and have spent several weeks without heat. Today I finally decided to reach out to Abe and I am so glad I did! He literally showed up within 20 minutes of our phone call and was able to promptly diagnose the issue. He got to work right away and did an extremely thorough job. Abe was very knowledgeable in terms of his work and extremely professional. He was also very honest and was beyond reasonable with his pricing. If you have any issues with your HVAC system or boiler I would highly recommend you give Abe a call. You will not be disappointed!
I waited Two years and went through 3 Contractors to find a company like Abe's. great price! great service! and A great first generation furnace that is so quiet I think my refrigerator might be louder! Future of dealing with contractors looks brighter after this experience. Thank you so much!
I have a tankless water heater and it is very rare to find someone who can work on it and understand it. Ibrahim figured out the issue immediately and ordered the parts in a short period time. He is very honest and stands behinds his work. I would recommend him to anyone.
Bad experience, waste of time, risked spending THOUSANDS $$$. Spent alot of time waiting which can be normal anywhere. What's not normal is to be told your furnace is so bad I could lose my license if I even touch it. All he can recommend is a new furnace. I tell him the pilot light is out, only to be told it doesnt have a pilot. Hmmmm, its had a pilot for the last 12 years. Clearly Ibrahim isn't very knowledgeable. Thanked him & sent him on his way. WHAT A WASTE OF MY DAY. Had to wait overnight for the next guys, who replaced thermocouple, LIT THE PILOT, got my furnace working like new, and were gone in 1 hour Just think, I could have spent $5,000 for new furnace. Consumer BEWARE! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. 1/6/21 UPDATE! Wow! Unbelievable! Now good ole Abe is trying to discredit his fellow furnace company. Well Abe, since Monroe County & Exeter Twsp inspectors left stickers saying the furnace is in great condition and 100% SAFE TO OPERATE, who do you plan to report THEM to...THE PRESIDENT? Also, I noticed you didn’t address the incompetence of you technician. He was ADAMANT that my furnace was not equipped with a pilot. Hmmm... interesting how after the repair I watched the pilot be reignited & run like new... as it has been for many years. Just fess up Abe, sometimes humans screw up and that’s what you guys did. Making excuses is not a good look for you... I’m just saying. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
