Clean, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable on installing. I was happy with service and sent pictures to my dad who recently retired after 40 years as a hvac technician in ohio who was also please with the service.

I will definitely use home comfort expert again all their texts have been friendly that came out to do work on my house. I've had ductwork done by them and the technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. Today is issue was a plumbing issue

Brendon did a great job of checking over our A/C system, just as he has done for several years now. I appreciate having someone who is familiar with our set up taking care of everything.
I have done business with Home Comfort Experts for years and highly recommend them for any service they provide. The only reason I did not give my duct cleaning service 5 stars was because I had to do a little bit of clean up afterwards. Evidently, there was some stuff that was in my ducts that blew out of a couple of my vents, and it made a mess in the immediate area of whichever duct/vent it came out of. It was no big deal, it swept right up, and I lived happily ever after!
Aharon, was very professional in his explaining to detail what he was doing as well as the goings on with our 15 yr old HVAC system, Aharon did and out standing job cleaning , servicing and completing the extensive report of tune up done HVAC system.
We valued how efficient and thorough Jordan, the technician, was with his inspection. Inspection turned out to us needed a new furnace and AC unit, which we had anticipated. We ended up working with Blake, the project manager, who explained to us our options for purchasing. There was no pressure into purchasing the furnace and AC. We did end up purchasing and installation happened the next day. The installers where efficient and thorough with their work. Happy to say our house is up and running. Can't want to see how well our house heats and cools down this year. So far, we are happy with working with Home Comfort Experts.
Gabe was so knowledgeable and professional! I am so glad I called them to come check out our furnace - it affirmed everything I’d been feeling with my allergies. He showed me everything he found, walking me through recommended next steps. Who knew I could be so excited to get our ducts cleaned!!!! Johnathan came out to clean our ducts and install a filter and was extremely kind. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help us out. I am so thankful for the team!
We are very, very satisfied with the technical service Chris provided us today. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, Chris is quite a credit to his profession. He showed us and told us many things about our system as he performed extensive cleaning and testing far beyond our expectations. Rarely have we experienced this level of professional courtesy with clear communication. Chis represents Home Comfort with the highest standards. He stayed even later to install for us our new air cleaner and scheduled our duct cleaning service. Thank you Chris! Your expertise is so greatly appreciated!
Bryan was very professional! Instead of trying to sell my dad a propane “up/down grade” furnace, like some other companies, he repaired the issue with our existing oil furnace. He knows oil furnaces and how to repair/maintain them. He showed us the parts he replaced and the flame that he had to adjusted. He took his time and did an excellent job. Thank you to Bryan and Home Comfort!
Great experience! My furnace randomly decided to stop working so I called Home Comfort Experts. The lady on the phone was super nice and she got a technician out to my house within 2 hours. Aron was professional and very nice, and I felt the pricing was fair. I will absolutely be using Home Comfort Experts again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service!
I had a great experience from start to finish. We met with Mike who came out quickly and was able to get things in order to have our two units installed that same week. Due to the lay out of our home we needed a split unit as well as the standard HVAC unit. Aaron was the lead technician on our main HVAC unit with Dan. They went above and beyond working late to complete the job due to weather. The work on the outside of the house looks amazing. The covers on the lines leading to the condenser look better than I expected. We also had Zack working on the split unit on the other side of the house. He did a great job as well. They were timely and very respectful of our home and kids who were home part of the time. Great experience. I would highly recommend quality work and products.

First time I’ve dealt with this company & will definitely use them for maintenance in the future or if I need an install completed. I had my ac and furnace serviced. I was impressed with their thoroughness how informative they were. The price was very reasonable and I will be using them in the future. Kyler was a great technician.

was very impressed with the contact that was given before the date of service. the day of the service, and the exact time they would pull into the drive. which was on time. I knew what he would look like. but no where did it say how nice, kind and funny he was. He explained everything and was very patient with all the questions we had. I would give him a 5 star.
