I used this company before but to day we call them and I’m very disappointed with they work , they charge $322.00 for nothing they couldn’t diagnose what was the problem and I didn’t receive any explanation or accurate diagnosis , my AC únit is getting frozen and all they say is if that happens again probably is a leaking meanwhile they charge me like if the really do something o fix something and very this appoint I don’t think will use them again
Anthony did a great job moving a vent and moving a gas line in the kitchen. He was efficient and pleasant. He knows what he’s doing!
This business has posted ’no parking’ signs that threaten towing along the road next to their building. Unfortunately most don't realize that it is illegal to tow a legally parked car from a public roadway. Since the signs are not placed by the City of Niles, it is completely legal to park along the road where the signs placed by this company have been erected. A company who attempts to fool people using scare tactics is not a company that I would trust to do any work on my home they obviously have no qualms about being dishonest which isn't a quality that I look for in a business, especially one doing work that can run into thousands of dollars on my home or business.
Wonderful people! Came to diagnose out furnace and was on time! Adam was who we had and and he answered all our questions and then some! Highly recommend!
I have used Ace for AC service in the past few years, and also furnace repair. They were always prompt, fairly priced, and easy to deal with. We decided to replace our 20yr old hvac system last year, and dealing with the owner Tim was great. No pressure, just open conversation. The new system install was quick and professional. And price was great, I didn't bother with other estimates after getting it.. There was an issue where the newer AC quit cooling, and the owner came out himself on short notice and replaced a capacitor that had failed (a very rare occurrence). They even installed a smart thermostat that I had purchased. Recommended 100%!
The technicians at Ace are great. They are very knowledgeable and on time. After talking with the owner Tim on the phone. I knew I called the right place. I recommend Ace to everyone I know.
We had Ace install 4 mini splits in our home. Tim provided us a great quote and was very knowledgeable. He spent a good amount of time answering all of our questions. They were able to come out the next week for the installation and all of the technicians were friendly and professional. Our mini splits work great! Thank you for the great service!

Great job on the install of new furnace and A/C at our cottage on a Friday. Came back on Monday to do a system check, corrected a small issue we had, all is good. Appreciate their efforts!
They always come fairly quickly or either heat or air. Put us know what we need but don't pressure us into purchasing new. And the prices are better than expected.

I received communication when Ace was on the way to service my air conditioner. I did not received any service before being ask first. All CDC guidelines were followed.
Not only competent technicians in Sean and Adam, but a most accommodating owner in Tim. This is been a favorable experience for us. We recommend Ace without reservation.
The only thing I would have change is the t stat position. Installer put it on a wall that I had plans to put a cabinet
From start to finish these guys were very responsive and professional! I messaged for general pricing on repairs, and ended up having a tech named David come out and diagnose my AC system. He was fantastic and helped me understand what was going on with my system. I would recommend them 100%
This installation is excellent with attention to the finished look! Unit is all that was explained. It is also very quiet!
Came out last fall after my furnace stopped working. They quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed before the house felt chilly. Great quality and great pricing. Highly recommend.
