I had my furnace fail on a Saturday. I called Pinnacle and got connected to Jake for a service call. He was extremely helpful in getting it back running again, finding parts, and doing it the most cost effective way. Highly recommend!
“Why are you bothering us?” Is the synopsis of my discussion with Pinnacle. I wanted a quote for a Bryant system, and they are the closest Bryant dealer. Asked how I found them since they don’t advertise. I was told they are too busy, and not really interested in new business. At least they were honest about that. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review except they advised they would call back to set up a time to quote a new HVAC system for our home but never did. Bought a new system from a Lennox dealer instead. Don’t bother with these people, they don’t want new business per their own admission.
We had a furnace issue in our condo and Pinnacle diagnosed and fixed it in short order at a fair price. Great job!
Took a little time to figure out the problem. Boss came and took the time to help out and didn't charge an arm and leg.

Clint was very professional and went above the call of duty to help me with my heating and cooling needs. He took the time to answer all my questions over the phone and in person. When it came to the fix, he walked me through my options and gave me a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend you give them a call.
Pinnacle has helped solved heating and cooling problems at my house for a while and are always responsive, reasonably priced, and friendly. Highly recommended!
