They were very fast and courteous. Everything worked when done. They replaced our water heater, ac, and furnace. Very reasonably priced
This company is amazing They went out of their way to give me the service I deserve and went over and beyond They went over how to clean the system and explain everything And they laid a drop cloth throughout the house so nothing was dirty and cleaned up everything before they left I couldn’t be happier with my service Mitch and his crew are great to work with
Blake came out and replaced our thermostat. He was great. Not only was he professional, but also kind and understanding. He completed the work quickly and the pricing was great. He also took the time to listen to us and explain the problem.
We had our old single stage heating system upgraded to an efficient 2 stage furnace. The guys added a much needed return and cleaned each return and then brushed vacuumed the entire system… in half a day! Friendly considerate and polite, it was a pleasure having them in our home. Thank you Rx Comfort for a great job.
Moved our AC unit to another side of the house. Left everything clean and did it for a lot cheaper than the other guy.
I called Rx Comfort to take a look at my furnace which was throwing an intermittent pressure switch error code. They were able to come out less than 24 hours after calling and resolved the problem for a reasonable fee. 5/5
I would say that I won't have to do my research anymore from what I experienced with RX COMFORT HEATING AND COOLING . I Recommend them 💯 to anybody .BLAKE is honest and does an excellent job.
I utilized them to clean my whole house air ducts and they were great! They were on time and very respectful of my home and keeping everything neat. I would use them again!
Outta sight! These guys were there every step of the way. Saw them on IG and never looked back. They did everything as promised and on time. Mitch was very frank and informative when it came to talking me through the consult and the follow up. I never felt as though he was just trying to make the sale. He was very reassuring and I could tell that he had my best interests at heart. I was gone for work when Caiden and Kyle installed a new furnace and a/c. They also reworked some duct work to get better flow of air throughout the system and to better incorporate my wood burner that is in the garage and is now tied more efficiently into the main duct work. My wife felt very safe and confident with them on the job in my absence. Very thorough, very detailed. Finished the install, cleaned up and gave my wife complete and detailed instructions. Mitch came back out to make one last adjustment when I had asked him to, reference the wood burner. He said that this is exactly what they like to do, and it shows. Thank you all. I highly recommend them!

We had a sensor go out on our furnace. Rx comfort heating & cooling was able to come out and diagnose the issue. Get the part ordered. And restore heat in a very timely and cost effective manner!! I would highly recommend this company!! Blake did an amazing job. Answered all my questions with out making me feel rushed and yet still sticking to his schedule. Very impressed!!
Kyle and Adam did a phenomenal job. They were all the above on everything. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new furnace or AC unit. They were both very professional and courteous, and showed me the units and answered any questions I had. Appreciate everything they did.

Service was easy to schedule, all done by text message. Repairman was very friendly, thorough and explained what was done, how furnace was working, no repairs needed. Spot was scheduled between 12 - 4. Arrival was around 12:30 or so.
Very efficient process, from order to install. Agreed on furnace, ac and water heater on Monday and completely installed on Wednesday. Sales Manager,Mitch, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the right solution for our home. The install team, Caiden, Kyle and Steve came over and knocked out a big job on a hot day. Of course a couple of challenges with an old house but got it done. We are sitting here tonight, freezing on purpose.
The technician was excellent,totally up front and honest and told me everything he was doing and why.He made sure I knew in advance the cost and was completely transparent which I always appreciate and I will definitely use them again and I certainly recommend them.
Caiden and Kyle did an awesome job installing my new AC unit from RX comfort heating and air conditioning. Even went above and beyond retaping my dryer vent I didn't notice got disconnected. They both were very professional and easy to talk to. Kyle was super informative on how everything operates and gave me some knowledge on the installation. Would definitely recommend them and reuse them in the future.
RX has been servicing my HVAC for years and top notch. We got to the point of 20 years on A/C and Furnace they just did an awesome job replacing all of it for a reasonable price!
Mitch went above and beyond expectations to get permits quickly for an unusual installation, and got the job done. Very professional, timely, and thorough. The AC is great!
