David came to repair A/C today. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and honest. Had my air running shortly after he arrived! I highly recommend A & E to everyone!
Great company to work with. They were very responsive and did an excellent job. They made sure to clean the space so it looked like they hadn’t even been there and left time to answer and questions we had. Very impressed and would recommend them to you everyone who needs any HVAC work completed.
The company AND its employees go above and beyond to take care of you, from start to finish. They educate you on your options, handle any unexpected occurrences with grace and professionalism, and come from a place of understanding, especially if you’re a first-time homeowner! As they walked us through the process, they left plenty of time for questions, and just went above and beyond to take care of our heating/cooling needs!! I have been working with A&E for four years now and they have been extremely good at their job. In their last regular visit, David and Jordan helped me to check my heating and cooling system and went above and beyond by helping with me all of my questions. They are 100% recommended.

On a cold winter day, we are so thankful for A & E Heating and Cooling. Joe, David, Joey and staff were awesome to work with. They helped set us up for success for both the winter and coming summer heat. They are a very kind, respectful and a hard working group of guys. I will recommend A&E to everybody I know! Had Joe come and replace my old furnace and air conditioner. Great to work with, explained things well and did his best to get us a great deal. He has a customer in us for life and I've recommended A&E to several people I know. Should have put the review up long ago, thanks again!
Jason at A&E Heating & Cooling did an amazing job installing our new furnace. Ours completely went out and he was able to get us a new one installed the same week! He was prompt and kept us in the loop. He was also very knowledgeable and explained the system to me when completed. We appreciate it and will be using him for all of our heating and cooling needs!

A&E came out the very next day I had an issue and solved it very quickly. They even asked other questions that didn't pertain to the issue ensuring my house was cooling well enough. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you, David, appreciate the help and support.

A & E is my preferred HVAC subcontractor in Grand Rapids. David and Joe are professionals and are true to their word. After multiple projects together, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their installations are clean and show they care about their work AND their work environment. These are important details to a contractor and is appreciated.
David and Jason did a great job installing our new propane furnace. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their HVAC. They work efficiently and made sure there was no mess left behind. I will definitely be reaching out again when I'm ready to install my air conditioning.
When my water heater stopped working, a friend of mine recommended A&E Heating and Cooling. David Chan was the technician that came to our house and showed up within an hour! He was super professional and personable, and identified the problem within minutes. After reviewing a few water heater options with me he helped me pick out the one we needed and personally went out and picked it up. He came back with the new water heater and parts within 30m. I couldn’t believe it. He had our old water heater out and a new one installed in no time. His communication and explanation made this such a painless process. I don’t usually leave recommendations, especially long ones but I felt compelled to write this after the exceptional service David offered us. I’d highly recommend A&E to anyone looking for an experienced professional and exceptional service. I will definitely be calling them again (hopefully not to soon) in the future. Thanks again David!
Professional, timely. Doesn't push to up-sell products/services. Joe and David replaced my gas water heater earlier this year. Called them back later to get our A/C unit functioning. I will be reaching out to this company every Fall/Spring for heating and cooling unit checkups for sure.
David was very professional. He was able to quickly and correctly diagnosis the problem on my furnace after having a different company look at my furnace. Would highly recommend if you need your furnace serviced!

David came out to work on our a/c unit, which happened to go down on one of the hottest days of the summer. David had the situation taken care of in less than an hour! Very professional and polite young man.
