Great employees. They get the job done well and it doesn't cost a fortune. We have purchased a furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater from them. Today they did a plumbing inspection and fixed the problem. We have used their electricians as well, and they were great. Nice to have one place to call when you need plumbing, heating or electrical . Being a Club member gives you discounts. We have used them for 25 years.
Wade was friendly and efficient. He assessed our trouble with the unit quickly. He is very knowledgeable of the work and was easy to talk to. I asked him a lot of questions about air cons in general and gave detailed answers. Giving good tips on taking care of our unit. Thanks, Wade!

Austin came out twice to move my air conditioner off of the old concrete patio and to move it back on to the new concrete patio. Both times he was prompt, professional, courteous and did a wonderful job.
Andrew was the best. Super helpful and friendly. Got the issue resolved and talked us through it the entire way. Definitely deserves a raise. 😁

I called on a Wednesday morning because our AC unit had conked out that previous Monday night. Tuesday was the Fourth of July and I didn't think we needed an emergency call ( although it was hot for sure! :) They had someone out here the same day I called, he gave me 4 great options to choose from (we had anticipated needing to replace the unit as it was very very old), and we are on the schedule in 2 days (so Friday) for the replacement. Can't ask for better or faster service. The pricing was very good and very fair. Thanks Vredevoogd!! Looking forward to our new AC!

While I didn’t really want to purchase a new furnace in July, there were a number of reasons why we had to. That said, our entire experience with Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling was exceptional and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any heating or cooling needs no matter how large or small. Pleasant, courteous, professional and detail oriented. I’d give them 7 stars if I could!
So far I am very pleased and impressed. Steve was knowledgeable, professional and personable. The new a/c unit will be installed in 5 days. I will update after that is complete. The work is done, when the installers arrived (sorry, I can't remember their names) they said it would take about 3 and a half to 4 hours. It took 2 and a half hours. They used shoe covers and laid tarps. Highly recommend!
Lots changed since we signed up. Very poor communication. Spoke with Josh, 7/5 and company follow up was genuine. As a biz owner and publisher, i know busy and seek to do biz with local businesses, only. Recognizing the technology error and sincere intention to improve expressed by this call center manager, I added 2 more stars today from 1 to 3 and look forward to adding 2 more as time passes and Communications improve. Truly appreciate the human follow up, Josh. Well done.
Our AC unit broke at the worst possible moment- a holiday and while we have illness going through the house...in 90 degree humid Temps. They had a technician out within 1.5 hours of calling and later that afternoon we met with someone about replacing our unit. They were thorough, gave us great deals, and ensured we were informed. They were very kind and professional. Grateful for their help and excited for our install in a couple days.
Mike VanEe, Daniel Prego and Don Wojczynski was very professional the entire time they were here. They explained everything that needed to explain to us. Chase was friendly and very gracious especially because it was a Sunday evening! Found the issue in a fast and timely manner and installed our new thermostat! Very professional and respectful of our residence! Great company to deal with! Would highly recommend!
Well this review changed quickly after spending $7000 on a furnace and months of payments on a “service contract”. Unable or willing to be reasonable about coming out to look at A/C after I had to reschedule. Note that I scheduled it over a month in advance and never received an email, call or text reminder. They told me I would get notification.Then I get a message that they are on the way in 20 mins...a month later. I told whoever on the text chat that I have a service contract and at this point it seems worthless, after they told me they could come out again…a MONTH+ later. Inflexible and said they would cancel my service contract immediately after I mentioned that. No attempt to save the business or discuss options. What a joke. Note- I’m sure these gents have nothing to do with that part: Don and Austin were very quick and professional. They answered all of my questions and did a great job explaining my new system and thermostat.

We recently had Austin over to perform our annual AC tune-up. As with every other Vredevoogd employee who has addressed our service concerns, he was outstanding of what an employee should be when representing their employer. His company issued uniform was neat and clean and most importantly to me, he did not smell of cigarette smoke. His demeanor was very professional as he addressed a long standing issue with our thermostat. Very likable and very thorough!!! He can come back any time!

We have been loyal customers of Vredevoogd Heating and Cooling for several years. They are consistently professional and communicative. Their service people check out our new AC unit and our old furnace annually. They always phone in advance to let us know they are on their way. They are thorough and friendly, and explain everything in understandable terms. They also leave us clear notes on what they found and any service they performed. We will continue to contact Vredevoogd for all of our service and equipment needs.
Brent was on time and very efficient. He explained what he was doing during my AC issues. He had the needed parts and had me back up and running.
