I have used this company for a few years now and have always had great service. They are very thorough and professional, and I would highly recommend them.
I was in desperate need for an AC unit this summer. I was referred to Aire Serv by my landlord. I called and they were able to get me an appointment within a day. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He explained the process and he did not pressure me with any sales or unnecessary repairs. Ultimately I ended up getting a new unit installed which is running perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service and will use them again in the future
I've needed HVAC service for many years and have gone through quite a few companies. I recently needed a new thermostat for my home and decided to get an estimate from someone who seemed to know what they were doing. Well, I was very surprised when the tech came out (on a Saturday) and fit me into his schedule that day!! Within two hours, they had diagnosed my issue, replaced the thermostat, and I was back up with working A/C! Thank you All Season Heating & Cooling!
They provided me with the most affordable price and did the job fast. When our furnace broke down, they also provided free heaters without charging us anything extra. I didn't have to miss time from work for appointments or anything else because the whole process was simple and speedy. highly suggestable
Furnace maintenance
When I heard a noise coming from my furnace, the gentleman came in and told me it was nothing dangerous and he was going to order the part and they would call when the part arrived and someone would come to install. He was very helpful and explained it all very well in a very nice manner.
Wallace Heating and Cooling has been maintaining my heat pump with Fall and Spring maintenance for over years. The technicians are always professional, courteous and well-trained. I had my heat pump's Fall maintenance check today and I am so glad and appreciative that Isaiah was able to diagnose and fix a small problem he saw before it became a big one. I thought my thermostat was beeping. Turned out it was a smoke detector that I didn't even know was there. Joddy was so kind and fixed the battery. I apologize many times. He was ever so nice ! He didn't make me feel like the ditsy person that I felt like. He was such a pleasure!
I called Wallace Heating and Cooling and they were here within two hours. My A/C was not working properly. Very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and more. Everything was up and running in no time. Signed a service contract with them as well. From the gal that answered the phone, to the efficiency of the appointment and the technician everything is Excellent!
Joddy is a great representative of Wallace Heating and Cooling. Excellent service and communication. Punctual, professional- quick service turn around time during this oppressive heat wave which left us without air conditioning. Highly recommend!!! Great value!
Joddy did an awesome job of not only servicing our HVAC system but went above and beyond to track down a replacement filter for our tank less water heater. The business that previously installed it failed to notate the proper model number which made replacing the item very tricky. He also fixed our water circulate pump which hadn’t worked for awhile. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone
I called yesterday to book A/C repairs. They sent a technician this morning to let me know my A/C wasn't working (Duh). He didn't know what the oily substance on top of my furniture cabinet was..."never seen that before". He checked the pressure in my A/C lines and let me know the A/C was low on freon . He had nothing to fix it and it cost me $150.00. I had to call a different company to fix it. Why can't you do ZERO stars?
Went above and beyond for a first time mom who lost her AC. They did everything they could to make it work for us on a Sunday. I appreciate their time and the fix they did you try to help us get through to the week when parts can be ordered. I would recommend this company anytime.
GREAT service! My AC failed in the summer heat but Yohan helped troubleshoot over the phone and offered quotes for possible repairs. He came the same day, as requested, and had the necessary part in his truck so the service took less than an hour. I highly recommend Wallace Heating and Cooling.
Am writing to let you know how pleased I was with your personnel that installed my air conditioning system. Even though the heat was extreme they were diligent and continued work in order to complete the job on time. In addition they left my home neat and in excellent condition.
Do not call this company, expecting any kind of results. This is a sham, a rip-off, I am in the process of reversing the charges they charged my credit card because they did nothing. They will do nothing. These people are ripping you off, selling you some silly membership so that you don't have to pay service charges going forward. Meanwhile the technician they sent out trampled my Gardens around the air conditioner, says he diagnosed the problem, but can't fix the problem because he doesn't do the recharges. When they called me back they said it would be a week before somebody could get out to do the recharge. This is a scheme, not a business. Use them at your own
It's a SCAM!!!! do NOT GO HERE!!!! They contract out for business you don't know who is coming to your home! Plus they tried charging us 300 for some advice, NO JOB WAS EVEN DONE AT ALL!! Scam scam scam!

Anthony Lewis came out for a furnace problem. He was kind, honest and knowledgeable. He went on and above to get the needed part and quickly had my furnace back up and working in no time. Price was fair and he communicated prior and when he arrived. Great service!!
they took $150 of my money so i can be part of the yearly program. told me they would be there tuesday, they were a no call no show. they rescheduled me to wednesday . I called 5 times told they were on they way no call and no show again. now they want to come on Friday. I want my $150 back NOW. I will find someone more honest. Do not sign up for the year program it is a scam...
