Our AC broke in June of 2022. We had many quotes but we settled on Beyer as they provided the best price and the salesman was great and helpful. We signed up with them in July and waited about a month to get the install. They were busy, which we took as a good sign that we were dealing with a good company. The install went great and the units work efficiently. My only negative was that our salesperson promised a touchpad, Wi-Fi programmable thermostat that we are STILL waiting on. This unit is nothing fancy and has always been available on Amazon, but for some reason customer service constantly says the units are “on order”. They said I was welcome to buy my own (I already paid for the one I was supposed to get) and they would install it. This was not the solution I was looking for as this was part of the package I purchased. It is almost February and I’m still waiting as they were on order. Supposedly someone called in December saying they had one available (no calls received by my husband or I) and when I called today, units still on order. I’m pretty sure the units not coming……. Overall, just make sure that what you ordered is what you get at install or you may be waiting a long time for resolution.

Austin is a fantastic person and very happy with his work. Came out to fix the humidifier on the furnace. He checked everything over, fixed the issue and cleaned up the unit and area. Great job
Our AC unit died in a heat wave. Beyer was able to send someone out the day after I called them, where other companies I called couldn't help me for days. Even with how busy they were, I felt they always prioritized fantastic customer service and promptness. Every employee I interacted with was kind, thorough, and efficient. They even whispered as they worked when I told them my child was asleep. I will definitely be going back for any future work I need. I cannot recommend them enough.
Great prices, service team was good and knowledgeable. Happy with the job done and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends and family. Just an update- had additional work done. Added a mini split and new tankless water heater to the house. Ari and his guys were fantastic again and promptly informed me of everything going on. Really great business.

Big shout out to Beyer Heating and Cooling!! Came home yesterday 9am to 47ﾟ house. They were out here by 11 to diagnose-needed a new furnace. Brought me 2 space heaters to use overnight and they worked awesome! (Low last night was 11°) Kept the house around 60 all day and thru the night. They showed up at 8 this morning and were done by 1pm. Got me a great price and install was easy and painless with the great technicians they employ. Again can't recommend them highly enough!!

Unfortunately we had to replace the furnace in our new home, but we were lucky to work with Beyer! When we bought the house almost 2 years ago, the inspector warned us this would happen soon, and last week was it. We had used Beyer in the past for small fixes, and my parents used them about 10 years ago to install 2 systems in their house so we went to them right away for our replacement. We did get a second quote, which was very similar in pricing, however we've always had such great experiences we wanted to keep with this relationship. They were able to move some appointments around to prioritize us due to no heat, the work was done within a few hours, they cleaned everything up, the men were pleasant to have in the home, and they explained what they did, and what they needed to come back to complete (a small piece of metal had to be replaced due to the weird things the old owner did with their last furnace). Everyone we've dealt with from the owner to the front desk admin has been amazing to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend!!!

My AC went out on a Saturday during a heat wave over the summer. A tech named Austin came out shortly after I called. He was polite as could be and quickly figured out what was wrong then went to get a compressor part for the repair. Then, yesterday my Lennox furnace had some diagnostic issues and stopped working. I spoke with the company owner Ari. Ari had me up and running again shortly after. Exceptional service and fair pricing - thank you!
