Misleading pricing and call-out fee. Called them for an intermittent problem with my furnace. They came out, derated my furnace (which literally is just adjusting a knob), then said it was fixed and charged me an absurd amount of money. Obviously the intermittent problem was still occurring the next day. When I called to ask them to come back out, the woman claimed she was the manager (she was not) and spoke extremely rudely to me. I then asked her to stop speaking to me condescendingly. She took extreme offence to this, as if I had been the one condescending her, and told me they are not obligated to service me, and hung up.
Very pleased with your technician. He was on time, professional, explained what he was doing and why he had to do it. There is still a problem with the vent in my dining area and he did not hesitate to explain that he was not familiar with this type of event and how to fix it. The house is 81 years old so I get it. He said that he would pass this information on to someone in the office and that your company would be in touch and send someone out who was more familiar with this situation. I strongly feel that the technician has had good training both at the company but also personally.
Brandon took time to explain the pros and cons of all products. He also shared the different discounts and credits available. He was very helpful in assisting me with which company to go with. I haven't fully decided yet but Brandon's presentation will help to make my decision easy.
Max was incredibly pleasant, polite & easy to work with during the entire install. He was also very polite when he had to come back twice after the inspector found something small they needed to fix. Airmaster overall was easy to work with to schedule an install appt. that worked with our schedule, as well as schedule any return appts for inspection work. We also appreciated their good / better / best levels of pricing, so we could get exactly what we wanted & needed for our home. We have recommended Airmaster in the past & will continue to do so moving forward. We are very pleased with them & all their service technicians, especially Max.
Our furnace broke down in the midst of a cold spell and a family crisis. Air Master handled the purchase and installation of a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner professionally and compassionately. The office support provided by Irina was outstanding. The paperwork was ready in no time and we were placed on top of the list for installation. We are happy with the greatly improved air quality in the house and energy efficiency of the new furnace.
Needed a “gas leak” to be detected. Technician came empty handed and did absolutely nothing but walk around the basement. Charged me $100 for 0 labor to be done. If you want your time and money wasted, I’d definitely recommend Air Master Heating & Air Conditioning :)
Kyle serviced my fireplace by checking for safety and Efficiency when in use. He made certain that the pilot worked properly, when ignited, as well as checking the wall Control switch when in the on position ignited the fireplace flame. He vacuumed and cleaned inside dust and debris from unit. He also cleaned the inner and outer glass window of the fireplace. Very efficient and Professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My furnace wouldn’t fire up. Had them come out to fix it. Tech was nice and determined quickly that it was the igniter. He had one on the truck and replaced it and the furnace worked. I was fine with the diagnostic fee and the cost of the labor. My issue was the cost of the igniter itself. They wanted to charge $695 for the part which I ended up buying myself for $28. I asked them to take out the part and refund me the money. Which they did minus the diagnostic fee and the labor. So I paid $275 for labor and I still had to get the part and repair it myself anyway. I understand upcharge and wouldn’t even of had an issue if they tripled the price. But $695 for a $30 part is bad business. I won’t be referring them to anyone.
What a huge SCAM, especially if you are paying the monthly warranty-like fee. It doesn't save you a penny. They still charge you $175 to come out and decide what's wrong and full price on the parts and labor. Most places only charge ~$99 for a diagnostic visit. Today, my Mother-in-Law had Air Master come out to check on her furnace. It needed a new igniter switch. They charged her $967.50!!! $175 diagnostic, $195 labor and $695 for the parts, "with a $100 discount." Luckily, my Brother-in-Law was there to chase them off because he picked up a new igniter switch for $52.50 and installed it himself in 15-minutes. Stay away from these crooks! We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Kevin did a great job. He explained what was done, answered all my questions and was very thorough. I highly recommend this service.

Air Master shows up on time and gets the job done. Nick was here was here by 10:30 on a Sunday morning in response to my earlier call, then found and replaced a burned out electrical component, got the furnace operating, and explained everything to me by noon. That’s really excellent service.
Nick and John did a very thorough job diagnosing the problems with my fireplace insert. They outlined the plan and explained in detail all of my options. Very friendly, fast and professional.
AirMaster is now and will continue to be my go-to for my heating and cooling needs! Brandon was completely professional and understood my needs as my salesperson, and Max and his tech team were fast, efficient and did extremely neat work. They are always on time with consistent and clear communication. I have never felt like they were just trying to sell me something - they make sure the unit or service they provide is in line with my needs. They are not a bargain company, but you get a lot of value for the price in terms of level of service and quality of work. I am very happy with my mini-split unit!
Kevin with AirMaster just completed installing our gas fireplace. He was very courteous, professional and clean. We are very pleased with the great work Kevin performed and the fair pricing from AirMaster. He explained everything we needed to know after the job was done, and cleaned up every last speck. Will definitely be recommending AirMaster to our friends and family!
