Braeden was exceptional! He came out to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. He made sure I knew all my options, and showed me exactly where the crack in drain was. I had other questions which he was more than happy to explain plumbing to me in laymans terms. Also, he was so personable and friendly, and easy going. A joy to talk with. He completed the job pretty quickly, I thought, and went over everything. Works great! No more leaking. Price was very fair also! Very pleased with Cregger. We had to use them in the past for a big sewer line project. Kevin S. and Sadar were excellent on that. The work needed was extensive, and they did an amazing job! Kevin came highly recommended to me which is why I requested he do the work. I requested him this time also, but he was unavailable. But, not to worry, as Braeden is of the same caliber! Cregger obviously is very careful to employ the best candidates! Not that anyone enjoys having to call the plumber, but it is nice to know our home is in good hands when we call Cregger!
I was so worried about the water backing up ony basement I spent 3 days sucking up the water after a heavy rainstorm. I have been here since 1995 and never had this happen. I remember that I had taken out a policy with sewage and water lines so I called them and they got me cregger plumbing and they sent me a plumber named Nick. He was very professional and right on time . He snake it and got me up and running hoping this solved my water backup problem .
Jeff did a great job replacing our leaky kitchen faucet and leaky shower, as well as our broken outdoor spigot. He was on time, and was both courteous and professional. We have used Cregger Plumbing before and would again in the future! Thank you!
I was truly impressed with this company. They responded quickly and cleared up my clogged drain quickly. Nik was very knowledgeable and very polite. I would highly recommend them .
Overall, an excellent experience. The plumber was very professional and friendly. They took the time to show me the issue, including the camera footage. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid with no hidden or extra fees.

I have a very tight space between the wall and water heater, and Mark manage to maneuver around the small work area like a pro. With all the optacles in his way, everything turn out GREAT! TKS
First contact and first appointment were perfect. Employees are personable, and tech texted me when he was on his way - with a photo even! Not sure about value yet, as I have not received an estimate for the work needed, but based on the customer service alone, I am happy with my choice.
I had a recurrent leak from the upstairs bathroom down into my living room. Danny came out as requested (required a 2 week wait), however I survived. Danny identified a few issues and presented options to resolve issues. Leak was repaired effectively. Plumbing is so expensive but very satisfied with the work. The office staff is very courteous and pleasant, Danny is a pleasure to work with, always courteous professional and polite. I highly recommend this company.
I was skeptical when I called and spoke to someone on Sunday night, and then speechless when I got a friendly and polite call on monday morning. Absolutely stellar service. Estimate was right in line with the actual. No screwing around. No upselling. No pressure. Just an incredible experience, a little homeowner education for me, and an efficient resolution to the water in my basement.

We had an issue with our plumbing and needed emergency services. From reception to the service Matthew Harriman performed on our house was stellar. The entire process from my phone call to finished service was around a couple hours. I had been working with another local plumbing business but not anymore! I will be calling Cregger! UPDATE: we have since used Cregger a few more times, including today from major to minor issues. Today we had Andrew who was very friendly and took the time to educate me.
I love these guys. Ever try getting water out of your gas line? Me neither but Cregger Plumbing are experts at diagnosing and fixing the problem. Fast , Fair and professional- I am Super Happy!!!!

UPDATE: After the first plumber they sent out--whom they fired the next day!--made a complete mess of my bath plumbing, one of the owners (Derek?) sent out their "master" plumber. My plumbing is STILL LEAKING INTO MY BASEMENT, NOW IN A DIFFERENT PLACE! I've texted them twice over a month (third time just now) and have received no replies. Be wary of the 4.9 rating, fired plumber jokingly(?) told me most of the reviews were from him. These guys speak a good game, but their skills and professionalism are sorely lacking. I would avoid them like--no, I think I'd choose the plague over this company. Satisfaction guaranteed? What a joke! I had a leaky bath hot water valve. Plumber changed the entire setup, after three trips to plumbing supply store to get the correct parts. I called the following day to have him return because I still had a leaky faucet. Plumber returned to inform me that the part was on order, but he had been laid off. I later called to have another plumber come out and was told another plumber would review my case and get back to me. Three weeks later, no calls, and now the hot control screeches like a banshee, the hot water is discolored, and the shower doesn't work. Thanks, Cregger!
Personnel were very knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do and took care of the problem. I am impressed at how quickly they were able to unclog my main drain all the way to the sewer. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.
after having a negative experience with a local family-owned plumbing company, a friend recommended Cregger instead. everyone I spoke with, from the office to the guys who came and worked on my issue (a broken pipe under the crawl that led to sewage overflow into the crawl space) was professional and friendly. best of all, they got the job done. I will definitely use them the next time I have a plumbing issue, and recommend them to anyone local who needs a good plumber!
I only write positive response to companies that I feel everyone should know about and this company is 10 stars my technician, Eric if I can give him 100 stars, he was truly awesome at his job, polite knowledgeable and you can see that he was passionate about his work.
