Mad Dash, You all have a Great Employer in Mr. Torrance Wilson, Very Professional & Extremely Dedicated, Thank you guys
We utilized Mad Dash to replace a 60-year-old furnace and a 45+ year-old air conditioner. We were very happy with the service from the estimate to install process. We obtained estimates from 2-3 other businesses in the area but ultimately settled on Mad Dash due to their level of detail in the estimate and planning process and the fact that they gave us zero pressure in making the decision on moving forward. We also chose to use Mad Dash for duct cleaning, as well. I highly recommend Mad Dash, Torrence is extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and very focused on the details. Torrence also carefully communicated with us throughout the entire process.
Torrance and his crew were great. They were able to get started quickly, they finished ahead of time, everything is working great. They installed a new furnace, AC, and did custom ducts throughout the basement to increase our head room so we don't need to duck to walk around anymore and it all came out beautifully. Highly recommend them.
3 years later and this is STILL the ONLY company I use for all my Heating and Cooling needs! Great service every time. Mad Dash answered my call fast, provided excellent service and reasonable pricing. They are the first and company I call!
I recently purchased my 1st home and wanted to have central air installed. I reached out to Mad Dash Heating and AC and was able to get scheduled within the same week. Also Mr. Wilson was able to provide me with a number to get approved for financing. Although the job took longer than I expected because my house had original wiring from the 1950s. Mr. Wilson took time to explain everything throughout the process and assured me that everything would be OK. I am grateful that I decided to go with this company because now I can be very comfortable in my home. I will definitely recommend Mad Dash to anyone who is looking for the type of services that they provide.
Torrance J. Willson CEO from Mad Dash Heating installed a new heating system in our rehab home and we told him we did not want to install the AC unit as it would likely be stolen. We paid him promptly for all his services, even though I questioned the extra $1700.00 he was asking for the final bill. He never gave us an invoice for this final bill. One year later He insisted we did not pay a final bill of $3500. My account looked over everything and said that he over charged us for the regular service by $850. Then he was also charging us for an AC unit he never installed. So we were over charged a total of $2550! Plus he wanted another $3500! and threatened to put a lean on our property. This means he is over charging us $6055!! And no proof of doing any of this work! This company is very unprofessional and also lost our check for $1700.00. He would not give me and invoice for what we paid. He over charged us for services not rendered. We gave this company over $12,000.00 in business and he treats his clients like this!! Use extreme caution.
Best HVAC contractors in southeast Michigan. Honest, fair, and fastidious. Those are the adjectives I have been able to apply to Mad Dash and their brand of professionalism since working together on 3 projects.
I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work done by Mad Dash Heating & AC! They responded the same day to my call for an estimate and completed the project on time as quoted! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality and professional Heating or Air Conditioner service!!

Our AC died during the first hot streak of the summer. Torrance was a little late (understandable given the rush) but diagnosed the issue quickly and had our unit repaired and running with in a half hour of arriving. We will definitely be calling MadDash for any future HVAC needs!
Came out the next day, fixed the AC. A little pricier than some other companies but I appreciated the fast response! Thank you!

What can I say but thank you for helping me out when my furnace decided to stop working in the cold of April. The fact that we're going through this Covid-19 pandemic & you still showed up, shows alot about this company! Once again thank you... Your Redford Client!
Mad Dash did an awesome job! I have high efficiency furnace that makes my whole house warm for under 2$ a day. I was spending at least ten times that much on electric heating until I called Mad Dash. I Would recommend their service from small to big Projects.
