Thank you to everyone at Wolverine, I called another company and before even seeing my furnace they stated I needed a new one. Bob was there the next day, fix the furnace and saved me thousands of dollars. Honestly, professionalism and phenomenal work is what you get with Wolverine Heating & Cooling
I've been a client of Wolverine heating and cooling since 2008. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. They are all I need for my heating and cooling needs,
Wolverine came on time to "tune up" my furnace before the cold weather set in. They found an issue and fixed it right away. They gave me the option of buying my own filter or having them install one (I use the bigger boxy filters and they are expensive). They were professional and efficient. I will use them again.
Had a schedule appt today for Scott to come out and service our air conditioner. Our scheduled time was 2 to 5. Which we verified with the home warranty company twice. Scott texted my husband and said he would be early. My husband wrote back that he wouldn't be able to be there for 15min. Instead of staying and waiting the 15min or coming during our scheduled time 2 to 5. Scott shows up at my house at 11:52 which I have him on camera. Walks to my air conditioner than walks back and pulls out of my drive way at 11:53. He did not even bother stay for more than 1min. That is very rude and unprofessional. Our warranty company called him to see what is going on and he than refuses to come back for our scheduled 2 to 5 appt. Why have an appt if your not going to abide by it. My husband also spoke to him on the phone and told him from the get go that if he was to come early he would need advanced notice which scott did not give. This man is very unprofessional and apparently doesn't want the job. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
We were very pleased with the service from Bob with Wolverine. He was extremely friendly and polite. He did a great job fixing our heater. My husband and I were very impressed. He didn't try to overcharge or fix things that didn't need fixing. We will definitely use this company again for any heating needs. We have already started referring them to our neighbors!
Don't work on propane, so didn't get serviced by them

Words can't describe how awesome they are. I had a furnace emergency in the dead of winter and they went above and beyond to fix it immediately. Great price as well. Don't bother calling anywhere else.... Wolverine is the place!
Heating Failure on New Years Day. Called emergancy Number, they responded within 1/2 hour. Problem found and part replaced within another 1/2 hour. Very pleased with the responce to my problem.
They were very quick to respond when I called them..Very professional.

Excellent and Honest service, Great people to do business with. I had a problem with a 20yo Burnham Furnace that wouldn't light, and Bob, the service guy, new exactly what was issues was. He was very very fast with getting my furnace repaired in only a couple hours (after having to go to 2 suppliers for the part!). they even called a couple weeks later to follow up and see how my furnace was working. Excellent customer service!
