Express Heating and Cooling is a fantastic company that I have had the pleasure of working with for several years now. The owner, Hakim, and his son Ahmad are a dynamic duo that consistently deliver exceptional service. They have done dozens of houses for us, and I must say that Hakim and Ahmad's work is always of great quality. What I appreciate most about their service is how punctual they are. They show up on time each time without fail, which is a rare trait in contractors these days. Furthermore, they always take their time to get the job done right, never rushing to complete the project. Hakim and Ahmad are both very personable and knowledgeable individuals who take the time to explain what is needed and provide us with detailed reports and recommendations. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers, and that is something I deeply appreciate. All in all, I highly recommend Express Heating and Cooling for anyone in need of reliable HVAC services. Hakim and Ahmad are a great team, and it is always a pleasure to work with them. I am confident that anyone who chooses their services will not be disappointed.

I've known Said Hakim, who owns Express Heating and Cooling for many years. He's an honest guy, and has very reasonable prices. I have a few properties in Dearborn Heights, and the surrounding area, and truthfully, Said Hakim is my go-to for any HVAC issues. In 2020 he installed new furnace and AC unit to one of my homes. 3 years later when said furnace furnace came up, Mr. Hakim came out and fixed it quickly and efficiently for free because its still under warranty.

Great service with professionalism! Came on time, competitive prices, great communication. New furnace replacement, will consider for any future hvac needs. Edit 6/16/22: AC died in the severe heat! Called Express and he texted me the quote immediately and came same day with a brand new central ac unit with an unbeatable price! Love that kind of service!
The most shoddy workmanship I've ever seen, had them replace a coil and condenser they brazed the valves without covering the king valve with a towel, the coil case was a hackjob and left a giant gap between the duct and the top of the case(letting all the cold air escape into the room the air handler was in, called the owner about it and he came and said the AC was working correctly. Above that they left a bunch of trash from the old condenser and didn't screw on the protective caps for the service valves. Would not recommend, and wouldn't be leaving a review if the owner didn't ask me to once he left.
Searched hard for a trustworthy AC repair person in a concentrated market. Called a guy that charged me $200 to come out and top my AC off with free-on only to have it break again the next morning. Didn’t want to to deal with them again so I called Hakim and his team and let me tell you, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Hakim is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, genuine, and fair priced. Would highly recommend.

Great service. I called several other places, but he offers the best prices in the Metro Detroit area. When my heating was not working, he came very quickly even though it was after hours and fixed it right away. Overall, he is very professional and a very good guy. He's very funny and friendly, as well. Highly recommended.
Repair guy named Jeff came and did the work as he promised. On time, done in a timely manner, excellent customer service, and quality work. Would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs.
