Very honest and well mannered, gave him a call due to the horrible air quality in my home. He was able to come out same day and clean my ducts. The amount of gunk that came out was extremely surprising. It was the best quote I’ve received between 3 different estimates. Do not hesitate to deal with and definitely save his contact for other family members that need this done.
I have recommended Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning to everybody and will continue to do so. Unbelievable service and great quality from this company. They were very clean and fast compared to other cleaning companies that I have dealt with in the past. The two gentlemen showed up and did a very thorough job cleaning my air ducts. They showed me before and after videos and we’re very clean and efficient. In addition… They were both very friendly. I Definitely recommend having this done… and recommend that you have this company perform the work for you. You won’t find a better deal at this high quality level. A+

I felt a difference in our air quality the second i walked in. We couldn't get our humidity above 29% by that night we were at 35%. My mom was at our place to let the company in...she was impressed with the professionalism and is now going to book with them as well. It was the positive reviews that made me pick this company and I'm glad i did.
My family is so happy with our duct cleaning experience. First of all, Quality gave us the best quote compared to local companies we called. The technician named Chris was the one who completed our job and we were highly impressed with his professionalism and honesty regarding our vents. Chris went above and beyond to help us get our entire duct system cleaned and made the whole experience comfortable and thorough. I really enjoyed seeing our before and after pictures too.
My mom called on 2/20 for duct cleaning...given appt for 2/23 @9 AM. There was an ice storm the night before but most areas still had power, including my mother's. NO ONE from Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning called to say they weren't coming, my mom only found out when SHE CALLED THEM. Alex or Adam told her they'd call her the next day (today) to come out to do the job they were originally scheduled to do. STILL NO CALL. I called the number listed for the business (the same one my mom called) this morning and was met with a simple "Hello", so I asked if this was Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning, he sheepishly answered in the affirmative. I explained why I was calling and he said that "the traffic lights being out put them way behind"...which I can understand but the issue is NO ONE FROM Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning even giving a customer the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule or give an ETA for when they'd be coming to do the work they were scheduled to do. I have a very strong feeling based on the tone of the person I spoke with this morning, that they didn't plan to do the job at my mom's house in the first place. I'd recommended this business to her based on the review...and based on my and my mom's experience, some or all of these reviews are FAKE. I have ZERO reason to recommend this business to anyone, as they are very unprofessional. I'm glad they didn't have access to my mom's home or money...they aren't worth it. *ZERO STARS*
