Excellent service! I called them and they told me they'll be there in 10mins. And he was. Shadi, come over right away. Checked everything, informed me that my A/C unit had an old compresser, replaced it and with a booster. Then informed me that I didn't need a booster to save on money. Honest dude. Very much appreciated.
Shadi is simplest the best, he took care of installing a brand new ac unit for a really good price, somebody came to my house before and destroyed the compressor, I wish I have meet Shadi before and saved a lot of cash

After working 14 hours I came home to it being 83 degrees in my home in the middle of the night. I called over 15 companies before Pro heating and cooling appeared in the search, none of them answered. Shadi answered after only a few rings and was to my home within 20 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had the repair done just as quickly. Definitely would recommend Shadi and his company for any heating and cooling need to anyone. Thanks again Shadi!
After dealing with DTE's refusal to fix our HVAC even though we have a Home Protection Plan, Shadi came as soon as we gave him a call and fixed our AC in 5 minutes. I will never call anyone else.

Shadi came in after I called him last minute. He made some time, took a look at my AC unit and gave me a full rundown of what he can reasonably do within his quote and a disclaimer of what falls outside of the scope of the job as he noticed my pipes may cause some problems in the future. He’s very honest, informative, and helpful. I’ll definitely be calling him in future work on my home.
When it comes to heating and cooling, good customer service and honesty is not something that comes by easily. Shadi and his team are second to none in terms of experience, but the sincerity and honest approach to solving problems should really be highlighted about his team. When Shadi came out to my house, he pinpointed where the problem likely was stemming from and worked from there, and from there only. Far too many HVAC guys come to your house and start shaking their head in disappointment at the first thing they don't approve of because it's not how they do things, making you feel like you can't understand the way HVAC systems work. Why do so many people think this approach makes customers happy? It just leaves customers feeling insulted and turned off to make any improvements, at all. Not Shadi. Pro Heating & Cooling has one objective on their mind and that's to get the job done in an honest and effective way. They have gained a forever customer.

The quickest, kindest and most affordable service! My air conditioning decided to give up on my on a day where it was most needed. I reached out to Pro Heating & Cooling and Shady was very accommodating and was here within the hour. He was very kind and professional. Shared knowledge as well so I could see he genuinely cared for the customer as he would treat someone in his family that needed help. My mother even put his card on the refrigerator. :) will definitely recommend to all!
Extremely professional, honest and affordable! I called because my furnace and my condensation pump were not working. They came out within 3 hours got the furnace working and installed a new condensation pump because mine was faulty. My house is nice and warm and no more leaks! I very highly recommend this company!
