From making the appointment with Michelle to Lucas coming coming out and performing the service,both were amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure the service I needed addressed. Lucas called before he came giving me a project arrival time and got straight to it. A truly, fair, honest and straightforward company.
Drew is knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He is courteous and solved the issue with the thermostat in a timely manner. Thanks Drew!
On June 30th, I had a service call. The technician Luke examined my A/C unit and told me I needed a capacitator. The total cost would be over $300. He adds the capacitator and then proceeds to tell me that I need a new motor also. The final cost was $768. I was not given a breakdown of the costs in my bill. I called the office and was told that Schaafsma is a flat rate company and they really could not give me a breakdown of parts and labor.I was flabbergasted!!! I feel like I have been given the Schaftsma!! I would not recommend this company at all!!!!!!

Connor was very prompt, thorough in the explanation of the diagnosis with our split sys AC. If he didn't know an answer, he got it from someone he knew did. We appreciate great service regardless of what's needed. Thanks Connor
Aaron was great, fully explained the problem and resolved it quickly. He was knowledgeable in the equipment and gave me detailed instructions on maintenance to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Schaafsma heating and cooling!
Lukas serviced our A/C today because it was shutting off inappropriately. We have a geothermal thermal system. He quickly figured it out and reset the tank temp. He even made friends with our dog.
We just had our Furnace and AC replaced by Schaafsma. Brendan and Jason did a great job. Professional and done ahead of time.

From start to finish this install went Fantastic! Starting with the sales process ( Heather was awesome and knows her stuff) it was easy to get this deal done. Matt and Collin were on time and kept me in the loop on the install. The work they did was done extremely well and professionally. I will be a long time customer and highly recommend their services! Mark is just simply the best. He's come and helped repair our furnace in the winter. And we had the pleasure of having him replace a part on our air conditioner today. He's very knowledgeable and makes everything so easy. Schaafsma will always be my go to with any heating cooling issues.

Yesterday, we had our ducts cleaned by Schaafsma. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and above all very concerned about our property. Plus he was a super nice person. He showed us what our ducts looked like before the cleaning. It was a needed service and we are happy with the outcome.
