Quick fix, affordable and they off coupons
I called to have someone look at our anil air conditioner unit and the very friendly receptionist, Olivia, scheduled someone to come out that very afternoon. Quick service! Mark Bolthouse came out from Haisma and was informative and thorough in his assessment of what was wrong with our air conditioner. He was quick in his work, and very friendly.
I was so glad I got a second opinion on an expensive buy, and found out I did not need to get it.

The Haisma technician did a very good job diagnosing and fixing my AC problem. He explained what he was doing any why in such a way that I could both recognize and address future problems.
Replaced capacitor that was under warranty. They were here within 2 hours and was very courteous and thorough. I am pleased with results of service call and repair.
Our blower motor stopped working when we tried to run the AC. I wasn’t happy with our previous company so based on reviews I contacted Haisma. They came out the same day and found the issue almost immediately and repaired it. I also mention the previous company said I had a bad control board that would cost $900 to repair. Haisma looked at it and in 30 seconds noticed a wire was missing, installed it and fixed the issue. I am very happy with the service and knowledge and highly recommend Haisma.

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from Haisma. I scheduled an appointment with them, and they promised to take care of my ac. But guess what? They didn't bother showing up, leaving me waiting and wasting my time. And you know what's worse? When I called them to find out what happened, they had the nerve to blame me! They suggested that I must have messed up while scheduling the appointment, making it seem like it was my fault that they bailed on me. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using Haisma's services to think again. Save yourself the trouble and look for another company. Service Professor was out to do the repair the same day I called.
Very nice group of people. Very professional, and helpful. They are the only HVAC company I can recommend. They don’t over sell, and their prices are reasonable. Very positive experience with them all 3 times I needed them.
Have had great service for 32 years.
My mom owned the house before she passed it on to me when she passed away. She left me a list of all the repair/maintenance companies she had dealt with and trusted.. One of them was Bouwkamp (for furnace and A/C). Bouwkamp sent me a letter earlier this year letting me know they were merging with Haisma. So I called them to do a tuneup on my A/C for the summer. They did a great job and the cost was reasonable as well. Even before they applied the gift certificate they had sent me as well to announce their merger. When it comes time to upgrade, I'll call them as well.
Excellent service, fair price, and good communication. The service technician (Derek) was extremely friendly, helped explain his work to me, and didn’t upsell me at all which I appreciate. I will be going to Haisma for all my heating & cooling needs and would recommend them to anyone else.
Called in the afternoon. Came out right away. Repaired the problem and cleaned the area of water. Job well done.
We just recently purchased our home knowing that we would need to install A/C. My wife saw an ad for Haisma on YouTube, and I gave them a call for a quote. The salesperson (Dave) came out to my house the same day and talked through all the options with me. He was professional and knowledgeable, and we decided to go with Haisma as the quote was over $1k less than the the others we had received for the same services. They did the install within the week, and the 2 technicians that did the install were on time, neat, and easy to talk with. They completed the work exactly as agreed. Our new A/C works great, and we will definitely refer them to our friends and family!
