Ron Bergman has been my only go-to and installer for 10+ years. From furnace and a/c to water heaters and geothermal I would not recommend anyone else for installation, parts, or service. Promt, professional, and experienced.
Precision Heating and Cooling Installed new Central Air Unit today .They are very professional, competitive pricing and very fast installation!! They had are old unit working for a week until they were able to install our new unit!!

Scott and Ryan were amazing. I woke up to a cold house and furnace with a blown motor. They were able to schedule me same day during one of the busiest and coldest times of year. Ryan was my technician, he was very kind to my dog, and gave us pointers on how to maintain the furnace along with how to clean tubing, etc. Fixed the down motor in 20 minutes and at a great price. Very thrilled about my experience - thank you Scott and Ryan!
We had Ryan out to work on our Fuel Oil Furnace, as we had no heat. He was On time, Professional, and went out of his way to make Sure the system was repaired and continued to work properly. If ever any Furnace Issues in the future. We will Only call Precision. They are Top Notch!! Everyone from Receptionist to Repairmen, were Wonderful People!! .
Absolute horrific experience. Owner more concerned about appeasing his personal friend who is a DTE employee and keeping his DTE contract/business than doing the right thing. Steer clear.
I had a 55 year old oil furnace and the Precision Crew installed a new efficient propane furnace. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They answered al my questions and went out of their way to help me measure the location of the new tank. The price was exactly what they estimated and the furnace came with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. Also they let me borrow a couple electric heaters to keep me warm. I highly recommend Precision Heating and Cooling and will use them in the future. I am very fortunate that I found them.
Very pleased, we had a slight gas leak at a valve. Repaired that and also went thru checking the unit out as well as the intake and exhaust. Highly recommend
Depends on appointment time. They might help you or brush you off because they want to get home.
I called Precision for the first time this weekend. My furnace wouldn't kick on. They were out Monday right away. Ryan was the technician. He was professional, polite, quick at diagnosing and honest. It was all fixed by Monday afternoon! I highly recommend them!

Scott and his crew are second to none. Quick fast reliable service at a good price. They have always taken good care of me and my entire family. 5 star service trustworthy and highly recommended. Update 8/30/22- had a drain plugged on my AC Scott had someone out within 2 hours to correct the issue the service couldn't be better.

The repair guy came out, checked a few things and knew exactly what was wrong with our central AC. He grabbed the part from his truck and fixed it on the spot. He didn’t try to sell us anything, which is like unheard of. He was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and the best prices in our area. I already referred my sister in law to them and they came out and helped them right away too! I highly recommend this business! I am very satisfied and I will do business with them again!
Precision Heating and Cooling installed our new furnace and air conditioner when we moved into a new house. Scott (an owner) found a crack in the old furnace that the inspector could not see. He helped us save money with available rebates making the job less expensive than we planned. He sent a great crew out to quickly replace the furnace. They we’re on time, efficient, and just nice guys in general. Highly recommend!!
The guy that came to inspect our furnace reaked of cigaret smoke, was rude about our cats even thought they ran from him. And hewas very condescending about us needing a new furnace and it never should have passed its last inspection which had also been done by precision. Given his attitude I just paid him for his time and called another company to put in the new furnace so they missed out on a lot more money because of their employee.

Installed gas line for pool. Inspector came out said a shut off had to be put in. The Inspector took it upon himself to call owner and owner told him that he would contact us in a few days to get it set up…..never happened no phone call nothing. Fast forward at least more than 3 weeks with no response I finally called to try to set something up, talked to secretary and she said she would call me the next day to set something up, told her I that sounded good I just want to get something in the books so we can wrap up the inspection. Fast forward another week and still have heard nothing and won’t answer either phones. Very disappointed and unprofessional for someone owning a small business, especially these days you would think that they would make all attempts to make good in your community.
Very friendly staff and wonderful quality service
I called Precision after another company told my parents they needed a new furnace and it was not safe to be in the house. They came out on Friday night and made some adjustments, tightened some screws and told us the furnace was fine. All his test came back normal after his adjustments. Great guy, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
