Excellent service!! We were without heat and the LeBlanc team worked hard on making sure my family was warm by nightfall. They explained everything to me clearly and charged me fairly. I couldn’t be happier and you will be too.
We have been customers of LeBlanc Mechanical for 30 years. LeBlanc has installed two complete HAVC systems and flawlessly serviced them. They have always been there when we needed them. One of the best service companies we have used over the past 30 years.
My family has used LeBlanc over the years and have found them to always be reliable and very good. Recently they proved themselves to be even better. During this terrible heatwave, my elderly parent's AC stopped working. I immediately called LeBlanc and explained the situation. I'm well aware that during heatwaves they are especially busy. I expressed my concern for my parents and their well-being. During the day I was contacted several times and told they would do their best to get there. And they certainly did!!! Randy went to their home the same day and was able to quickly fix the problem. We highly recommend LeBlanc for their service, dependability and compassion! Thanks Randy and LeBlanc Team!
Our hot water heater needed to be replaced. While chatting with a friend she recommended LeBlanc Mechanical. I hadn't had good experiences with similar companies in the past. Our experience with LeBlanc's phone representative and, several hour later, one of their technicians was excellent. The new hot water heater was installed quickly and at an affordable cost. What a relief. Definitely give LeBlanc Mechanical a try.
I was very please with the professionalism being given by the technicians when they arrived. They were efficient, polite, and got the job done quickly but took care in the repair. I thought LeBlanc did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them to others if I were to be asked. I look forward to future maintenance and we are very grateful for the work performed.
I called on a Monday morning and they asked if I was available between 10 and 2, THE SAME DAY! So I get a call and a young man named Jake said he would be here in 10 minutes, if that was OK! He was so polite, respectful and did a great job cleaning out our HVAC unit! I cannot say enough about Jake and the office staff! Greatly appreciate good people and good businesses!! They came to my house to provide me with a quote and they never followed up. Called them several times and keeps promising the quote delivery but never delivered on it. How can you trust a this plumber to do good job if they can't even deliver on a quote?

I was away for a few days and switched on the heat via my nest app a few hours before as I usually do. However, when I came home my heating had not started working and it was 44 F in my living room. I called Randy from LeBlanc Mechanical and one of his service guys came out right the same day. He detected the failure of the motor within minutes, went to get the new one and built it right in. He also explained how my heating unit works and what to pay attention to. Their responsiveness and professionalism is outstanding, I highly recommend LeBlanc Mechanical.

Called after a long memorial day weekend when my AC went out, shortly followed by my entire HVAC system dying. LeBlanc had a technician to my house in a few hours, and the problem was traced and repaired the next day. Absolutely pleased with the speed, professionalism, and quality of the services provided. I've been working with Randy LeBlanc and his whole team at LeBlanc Mechanical for over 20 years. They've worked on my personal properties and my rental properties. They've done everything from a simple water heater replacement to removal of an old oil furnace to gas heat with central A/C. Called on a Friday with a no AC issue for upstairs zone. Service tech was at my house in under 4 hours, diagnosed and fixed the issue and had AC up and running again. Office told me they would do their best to fit it in and delivered as promised. Service tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
These guys were the first to come when I made the call. My central air stopped working over night. I made several calls and these guys actual showed up.Very professional on the phone and at my house. They had my AC back on very quickly. Thank you LeBlanc Mechanical, highly recommend!
Would give 0 stars if possible. If you want cut corners, sloppy work, and jobs left unfinished, then go ahead and hire these guys.
