Responsive, professional, and reasonable cost.
Ken was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He performed diagnostics free of charge. He performed maintenance of our HVAC. Strongly recommend him.
Ken provides an excellent AC repair and service at a very reasonable price. He is always able to come in on a short notice when needed. He is very knowledgeable and does what is necessary, but doesn't push you into paying for optional services. He is also a nice person, easy to talk to. A true professional who loves his job and does it with pride.
I had an issue with my AC not cooling the house and reached out to Ken’s. Within an hour I got a response to schedule an appointment for the following day to have it checked out. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He communicated about the issue clearly and was pleasant and polite throughout. And on top he charged a fair price. Would recommend and use again!
Ken provided prompt, and excellent customer service for our urgent A/C issue. There were a few days in April where the temperature was in the 80s. My 2nd floor AC was not working. We couldn’t sleep as the temp upstairs was past 80. I called Ken’s HVAC and he was able to come over that following Tuesday. He noticed right away that my system was leaking refrigerant. He was able to find the leak and fix it. He then tested the pressure with nitrogen and found all was good! I’m using the AC again today and it works great! I would recommend his services to anyone.

I experienced 5-star service. I had an urgent heating matter at night and they were able to come over very quickly to help troubleshoot the issue. In order to fully resolve the issue they came back first thing the next day to ensure me and my family had heat asap. My overall experience was great and I would recommend Kens to anyone who either needs an issue fixed or for just regular maintenance.

Ken is the best of best in this industry. We just called him and he was right on the site less than 1 hour, he did service and had follow up calls and follow up visit to make sure everything is perfectly working. Prior to going to bed we noticed that the heat had not kicked in. Upon inspecting the furnace the water overflow pan was filled with water. We called Ken and they were here within minutes and restored our heat. I would highly recommend Ken’s to anyone who needs a repair or preventative maintenance. Ron Waltham
On November 30, 2022, one of our 20-year old American Standard gas-fired furnaces would not heat the air unless the power was reset. I figured it was a faulty sensor or the circuit board, as we had just changed the filter. I called Ken at 10:30am and he said he could be at my house at 11:30am. Ken arrived promptly at 11:30am and got to work. He was very thorough in checking over the furnace components and found: a) the pump was not working (he replaced it with a new pump) b) the air-intake valve had some leaves in it (he cleaned it out). In the course of testing the system, he also determined that the control (circuit) board was faulty, which was why the system was shutting off. (I was sitting there watching what he did so I know he is honest). He went out to get a new control board, and replaced that. All told, he was busy with this problem for approx 4.5 hours. It seemed his prices were fair given the number of issues he found and fixed (though obviously I can't make a price comparison with other service providers). I'm having him back next week to check over my other gas-fired furnace. He's a very nice person to work with. I would recommend Ken's HVAC Service to others. I was also VERY grateful for the SAME-DAY service !
Ken installed my new Ecobee thermostat. A small task but he showed up promptly, was very courteous and a problem solver. He took the time to explain what I need to know going forward. Highly recommend.
Ken was quick and friendly, most importantly super professional. I had a issue with thermostat not working in the middle of November and need it to be fixed ASAP, called Ken and he came the next day which is amazing given how most HVAC companies need months to schedule. He came on time the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue and reassured me with his professionalism. He fixed the issue and answered all my questions. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs quick responsive help from professionals regarding HVAC. And will definitely call in the future!
Our A/C and fridge got broken due to power failure in the area. I called him and Ken was very quick in response. He came on time, diognised the problem and submitted a report and a quote. He fixed the problem and I was able to get the reimbursment from the utility company with this report. It was so quick.
