The technicians Berk and Max were very professional and clear in what they intend to clean in the HVAC duct system and how they were cleaning it. I would highly recommend their service!

Cleaned all home air ducts and dryer vent. Service was EXCELLENT, from the thoroughness of the information provided in response to my initial phone call right through completion of the project by Berk and Max, who were professionally and personally terrific to work with. They were timely, responsive, informative, and left the house in great shape — neat and clean in all work areas. They also noted and were helpful with information about an unrelated problem they discovered while working (2 holes allowing squirrels to nest in the attic and roof).

He was extremely responsive to our issue and was diligent about finding the right solution for our businesses needs. He went above and beyond at each step of the process. I am thoroughly impressed with the service my company has received from Healthy Duct.
Berk and Max from Healthy Duct did a fabulous job cleaning all the ducts in our home, which probably had not been cleaned for 20 years. Not only did they do a thorough and professional cleaning, but they also identified countless locations where they ducts were leaking air, in joints and where the ducts connected to floor and wall vents. They filled or fixed all these locations, and they added insulation around ducts in the attic, so our heating and AC will not only be clean, but more efficient! They took lots of photos throughout the process to show us before and after pictures. In many locations they had to use their powerful vacuum and other specialized duct cleaning tools more than once to make sure the years of dust build-up were cleaned. I doubt the duct cleaners who were going to charge us a flat fee per vent would have done all this extra work. Berk and Max were courteous, prompt, and extremely helpful (and even brought our cat a treat!). I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This company provides excellent service all around. They explained everything they were going to do in terms you could understand and supplied pictures of what they had done. They showed up on time, were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant, professional and just plain nice. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would definitely call them again!
John over at Healthy Duct was such a pleasure to work with. I was overseas when I arranged for them to come by and perform duct cleaning/repair in my house post-renovations. He coordinated everything smoothly and on the day, kept me up to date via text. His price was also very reasonable for the amount of work and repair done.

We decided to get the air ducts in our 30-year-old house cleaned after my daughter complained of her cat allergies acting up whenever she came home. Turns out, we had a lot more than cat dander in our air ducts…old construction debris, remnants of fiberglass insulation, mold, in addition to the general accumulation of dirt and dust. Berk and Max walked us through the whole process with thoroughness and professionalism. They even sealed up the apparent gaps in our system, making it run more efficiently. I was extremely pleased with their work and recommend them highly. (And our cat enjoyed the cat treat they left him.)
John and Max were very professional, explained everything in detail, provided a written report. They cleaned the ducts and also repaired gaps in the seams. I am breathing better with a more efficient system.
Healthy Duct Property Services completed HVAC and duct cleaning in my home. Healthy Duct is NADCA certified, provides a free inspection and offers competitive pricing. After completing a renovation in my home, the vents were full of debris including nails, screws, paper and sawdust. They did an outstanding job cleaning the HVAC system and even found sections that needed to be sealed. Max and Berk are very professional, pleasant, clean, and happy to answer any questions. They took several pictures to show the before and after, which was quite surprising. I highly recommend Healthy Duct for HVAC and vent cleaning.
John and his technical team did excellent job for my HVAC duct & vent cleaning. They were professional, friendly and had job done to its perfection. Just like the other reviewers said, the service John, Berk and Max provided went above and beyond. They showed up on time and started an assessment for duct cleaning work. During the assessment, they walked me through the system, explained everything and answered all my random questions. They are more like friends and did not try to sell anything. It took about 6 hours to get the actual work done. They were professional and clean that they covered all my furniture with care. They found out my filter has a wrong size, they ended up ordering new filters for me with the correct size for free! I am very satisfied with their services and will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
This is a wonderful company. John, Berk & Max did an excellent job. They showed me the ducts and vents before they began the work. Pretty bad. They did a thorough job with top-of-the-line equipment. I will be calling Healthy Duct for the next cleaning.
I was very impressed with today's visit by the techs ftom Healthy Ducts. Berk and Max were very polite and professional and explained everything in their inspection. They gave me a little education about our heating system in the process. They spent almost an hour inspecting the equipment and the ducts and returns. Best of all, they said that everything looked quite clean and, with regular change of the filters, no cleanout should be necessary for a while. I was very pleased that they did not try to sell me any unnecessary service. Not all companies have that integrity. I'll be sure to give the company a good review online, and will recommend them to our friends.
We worked with this company for a duct cleaning service. Their service quality is above my expectations. Not only did Berk and Max help clean the ducts, they also did a very detailed inspection of the home's heating/airflow to identify and seal any air leaks. They told me that their goal is not just to clean ducts, but to help their customers to live in cleaner and healthier environment. And I think they have proven it through their service. I highly recommend Healthy Duct for duct cleaning services!
