The gentleman that came to help with our cooler issue(s) was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative about the issues that he found. At the end he explained what he saw, as well as showed me pictures of the issues, then explained what he had done to fix the issue(s) that he saw. They were able to fit us in that same day and came within a couple hours of my original phone call. I would recommend them to people I know.

my counter fridge at my restaurant stopped holding the corect temp and i contacted kensington and they were able to come and assess the problem very promptly. after they determined the issue, they recommended that it wouldn't even be worth it to fix it due to the high cost and that i should just purchase a new unit. i appreciate their honesty and how they did not charge me for the quote and assessment. i will definitely use them in the future for my refrigeration repair needs. i highly recommend them! very professional and courteous! thanks again!
We needed a new ice maker installed. Kensington got the job done at a very reasonable price and worked with us on a payment plan. They were incredibly professional and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend them for any service they provide.
Nice guys and great service at a more than reasonable cost! Two techs showed up when my heat wasn’t working. After they arrived, 10-15 min later they came down from the roof and showed me the bad part. They came back later that day with a new part and the heats been working great!

Amazing company and would highly recommend this company. They showed up in snow storm in the seaport part of Boston and fixed our Bison refrigerator. Extremely honest and affordable. Great technician who explained the whole diagnostic process and final solution. There is a reason Bison highly recommends this company. If you have a commercial refrigeration problem this is the only company you need.

Called in 3 separate emergency requests over the past 2 weeks for my walk-in commercial freezer that has been running above temperature. Zero response from anyone. No calls, no visits, no follow up whatsoever. Very puzzling...they used to be very responsive to emergency requests and their technicians are exceptionally knowledgeable. But now I sadly have no choice but after 2 weeks of requests I have no choice but to seek out a competitor. Maybe they’re going out of business?
