I have an old house with an old HVAC system that requires careful treatment and occasional professional interventions. The breakdowns always happen at the worst possible time: AC failing in the middle of a heat wave, heat failing during a cold snap. The folks at B&G always call me right back (even nights and weekends), talk me through some troubleshooting, and quickly arrange a service appointment if their suggestions don’t resolve the problem. The service tech that they send is knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I wish that I had this level of professionalism and service in all other facets of my life!
Super responsive company. Very competitively priced, we got crazy high quotes from some of their competitors. Very friendly. They cleaned up the job site after they finished up, I feel like most of the time I have a mess during and after installation from contractors, these guys left it cleaner than when they got there. For all my Heating & Air Conditioning and plumping needs I'm going back to them.
I think they are going out of business.

Excellent customer service. B&G installed my central air system, and the one time there was an issue, they promptly arrived and made the repair. I would recommend them for any air-conditioning or heating projects.
Called up B&G yesterday, per a recommendation from my usual HVAC person who was unavailable, to have a furnace looked at. Although they made a valiant attempt to resolve the situation, they were unable to do so. I do have another resource coming today, but the 5 stars is for the excellent customer service I received given the busy time of the year, and since they weren't able to fix it, did not charge me for their time either!
Reliable, trusted and responsible Heating and Cooling Company I was looking for a professional contractors about four months to install a new furnace in my house. Finally I found B& G , a team of skillful people That within ten days appointment they came and finished their work. I am very happy with all procedures specially it took only four hours to finish the installation. Thank you B & G team
We had B&G install a central air conditioning system in our home this past winter. Friends of ours told us about this company. We did it during the winter so we got what they referred to as off season pricing. Just used system for the first time the other week when it got hot and love it!!!! Goodbye window units....
Hired B&G to install a heating system in our house. They sent an invoice for work complete without getting a sheet metal permit or signoff from the building department for the ductwork. *****Update 6/26/13 Since this review we had an independent certified leakage test done of the installation that B&G had performed. The air leakage through the ducts is documented at 25.5% on the first floor and 16.2% on the 2nd/3rd floor (max 4% is required by building code). We filed a complaint with the state's division of sheet metal licensure for not meeting air leakage standards and insulation requirements. In the end we needed to redo most of the ducts in the house to bring them up to building code. B&G rather than admit being caught on their mistakes and lack of permitting, has decided to sue us for their final invoice and we have counter-sued them for the costs of repairs. I will update the google review here with the outcome.
