The fire department in town called me about flooding at our old house in NH (an ice waterfall had formed on the side of the building) . An old cpvc connection under a bathroom sink somehow gave way, and I’m in the middle of a crazy work schedule 4 hours away. I couldn’t even make phone calls until well after hours, let alone deal properly with it in person. I called United Rentals at maybe 8:30 at night expecting they’d get back to me in the morning but Ethan called me back and we arranged for a delivery and setup if industrial dehumidifiers now that the basement has been pumped out. Very thankful for the quick responsiveness of Ethan and the United Rentals Team.
