We recently had Mitsubishi mini split units installed for our entire house. The owner Nick and team at Control Point Mechanical were terrific! Nick was professional and thoughtful with his approach to the job. He educated us on the process and showed us several options that would best fit our needs. The installers Zander and Marty were rockstars! They were both professional and responsive. I had several specific 'asks' with the install and they met every expectation and walked me through the process. They started and finished on time and were great at giving recaps of where they were along the way. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with hiring Control Point mechanical and are now enjoying the new mini split system!
My family recently had Control Point install a mini split system in our home. We received several quotes from different vendors but Control Point was by far the most knowledgeable and offered the best options. We were very pleased with the install and the system works great! The customer service was exceptional. The owner, the technicians and the customer service specialist/dispatcher were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Control Point Mechanical and appreciate the level of service they provided.
Nick and his team and Control Point were great. We had heat pump mini-splits installed, and the work was professional and fast. The whole team was very responsive and helpful. We can't recommend them enough!
Nick and Tom were super friendly and professional. We had 4 units installed and one compressor (double fan). Everything works great and they helped us get the largest rebate.
Had an on going issue with a condenser unit for a critical environment. Brett was able to diagnose and service the unit to get us back up and running at 100%. Demonstrated extraordinary knowledge and professionalism.
We bought a house in 2021 with a older furnace so weren't really sure how much longer our furnace was good for. Control Point took the time to walk us through what was important and gave us options that made sense. Our Technician Kenny was super friendly and knowledgeable, did a full service to our furnace and A/C unit now everything is running tip top. I will definitely be using Control Point in the future. I highly recomend these guys!
We've used Control Point for several kinds of jobs; capping off a gas line to a dryer, servicing our AC, servicing our furnace. They are always punctual, professional, and courteous. They do a great job and are a pleasure to work with. Most recently, Kenny serviced our AC and furnace. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and made a point to answered all our questions and explain everything. We will continue to use them and definitely recommend them!
Nick was super responsive and professional. He helped us find the right heat pump system for our home and assisted with the loan application process to make it easy. When it came to installation, his team was great. Zander and Marty were punctual, friendly, professional, and took pride in their quality work. Our system looks and feels great!
Nick and his team have been servicing my HVAC system for over 14 years. Recently, I asked him to give us a quote on a new furnace. He gave us several options and spent quite a bit of time in our home education us about the pro's and con's of each. He never tried to "sell" us anything, instead he made a recommendation with no pressure whatsoever, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the time he spent with us, we very were very comfortable making our choice, which happened to be the one he recommended. His installation team, lead by Jake, was amazing. They arrived on time, with great respect for our property and our comfort as they we doing the installation. The worked efficiently, quickly and as quietly as possible. The installation took 2 days, which we didn't think was an issue, yet the apologized several times and offered to bring in heaters if we needed. them, which we did not. Using a heat pump system for the first time includes a learning curve and they have been very responsible and responsive to our needs We highly recommend working with Control Point Mechanical.
Just completed a whole house heat pump installation. Nick was great to deal with from start to finish. He worked with us to develop a plan we were comfortable with and which also met criteria for the MassSave rebate. Installation team (Joel, Kevin and Evan) were competent, neat and polite. Complete installation took 4 days which is exactly what was predicted. Very pleased with the complete process and result.

We reached out to the company on a weekend when we realized that our AC was not working. Amazingly they called us back quickly and arranged service that week. Brett was very professional, courteous, and communicated well. He quickly determined the cause for the issue, clearly presented pricing, and was able to make the repair within 1 hour of time. We would highly recommend this company.

We contracted CPM to install a ductless mini-split heat pump AC system as well as a heat pump water heater. Our reasons included: CPM’s knowledge and experience A good quote with highly-rated equipment The longest warranty that we could find I’m very pleased with our decision. Throughout the entire process, from our initial consultation, through the installation, and the post-installation rebate paperwork, Nick and his team continually demonstrated the decades of experience that they bring to the job. Several months have now passed since the system was installed, and everything is (and has been) working wonderfully—quiet and efficient. Highly recommend.
Control Point installed brand new Mitsubishi split type air conditioners for my parents. The experience was truly five stars starting with Nick, the owner. When he came to the house to give us a quote, he came prepared. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process in a way we could all understand. He figured out exactly what type of system would best fit their needs. Duriing the install, the technicians, Zander & Marty, were professional, friendly, courteous, clean and helpful too. We are happy we went with Control Point and highly recommend them!
I found CPM on a Google search and liked my first conversation with the owner, Nick Lupo. Out of the four companies we considered, CPM was the only one who called back after the first visit and followed up with a serious and extensive project proposal. Nick continued to meet with us via Zoom for the next three months, planning every detail of the complex project we tackled and answering all my husband's questions, who just like Nick is an engineer. Not only is Nick extremely knowledgeable but he has a team of top professionals who do the actual work, Tom Provost leading that team. We replaced a 1986 HVAC/gas furnace heating system with heat pumps. Nick was not only up to the challenge but had clearly done many of these projects in his career. Additionally, he knew all the details of the MassSave programs and helped us navigate the complicated application process which ended up saving us a bit over $7,000 and securing a 7-year interest free loan. Back to execution, the project was complicated and therefore took almost two weeks. We did have a hiccup at the beginning where the new team they had brought in did not understand how to maintain a project site for a residential project like ours (they had done mostly industrial projects). We brought it up to Nick's attention and what followed was the most impressive part of the whole project. He and Tom stopped the work for a day, came to the site, listened to our concerns, re-evaluated everything and based on everything they decided on implementation of countermeasures. The next day everything changed like day/night and the project proceeded smoothly. The result is impressive and everyone in our townhouse condo complex is now thinking of changing their old systems. I couldn't recommend CPM highly enough. They are top notch professionals, knowledgeable, experienced, and treating their clients as their #1 priority. Although a long and challenging project, it was a pleasure to work with Nick and Tom who made the process
