Tony & Nick Direda and the guys at Direda Plumbing are just terrific. They are reliable, knowledgeable, do great work and very professional. I recommend them to my fiends and without reservation.
You can’t beat these guys. I dealt with father and son (Tony and Mike) and both make it clear that the customer’s needs and satisfaction are what matter most to them. Would not hesitate to have them back in for my next job!
If I could give them ten stars I would! I called and left a message with someone who said Tony would call me as soon as he could. Received a call not even 30 minutes later. He said he’d be at my house within the hour and he truly was. He came, looked at the water tank, and said he’d call me within 15 to give me quotes and he did. Amazing value, extremely kind and even better service. Even took the old water tank away for me. They will be my first call whenever I need a plumber.

Direda Plumbing & Heating completed a full house install of all plumbing for our home renovation. They were very knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Tony and his team did a great job installing two air conditioners and a furnace. Direda Plumbing was on time and on budget. A couple of challenges presented themselves during the installation and Tony held by his original estimate. I found the prices to be fair and reasonable and installation work exceptional. I will certainly use Direda again for any plumbing and HVAC work and will recommend.

This company is top notch. They do quality craftsmanship work at down to earth prices. They may also work with you if you need to do something quickly. In my experience they completed a complicated project for me in a number of days after first contacting them. Overall very honest and high integrity people. Highly recommended. Mike got back to me quickly, and his professionalism was very much appreciated. I provided some photos of the old buckaroo (leaky hot water heater) and within minutes, he provided a quote and his crew was over the house within the hour. I have used Direda for many years and have found them to be highly responsive and professional in addressing both emergency repairs and planned systems replacements. Direda installed new water heaters and boiler and completed the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
So disappointed in my experience wit DiReda plumbing. I was so hoping for a better service, communication, and outcome. As much as I respected Tony, I was disappointed in the way he handled the whole issue this time. I called him about a month ago for a quote for replacing my hot water tank, he gave me a certain quote which seemed reasonable but I told him I'd like to explore the tankless option; I called him 2 weeks later telling him we'll proceed with replacing the tank as the tankless option is beyond our budget; he asked me "how much did I say I'll charge you?" I told him the quote he gave me then, he said "lemme come take another look", he came checked the same exact tank & gave me a quote that was over $1200 higher than the one he gave me 2 weeks ago. I asked him to take a look at at an AC unit that I wanted to replace to give me a quote on that as well, he said "I might be able to fix it for you", I got so excited because we knew this unit needed to be replaced, but when he said he can fix it, I told him "I really appreciate it; you will save me a big sum of money", after checking the unit, he said we need to check the reagent but will charge you for that; I thought as long as you will fix it that's fine. After checking, he said, " It's unfixable as it has a leak, and needs to be replaced & charged me $175 for a service I didn't request in the first place.
Had Direda out to replace both my furnace and water heater last fall. They came as committed, price was reasonable, they finished on time and did quality work. Would recommend.
I used A. Direda Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning services to replace and install a new water heater system. Mike and his team were so professional and friendly during their visit. They came and gave me an estimate and explained what was wrong with my unit and what I would need to properly replace my hot water tank. I called on Monday they were at my home Monday afternoon and were back on Tuesday to install and hall away my old unit. The gentleman who installed my unit was extremely friendly and took the time to show me the new unit, swept and clean up the work area( it looked cleaner then when he arrived 😉) and even after he finished he took the time to go over the unit with me and answer all of my questions. If you need any repairs whether it be a new water heater, an AC unit, clogged dispose, or leaky dishwasher A.Direda Plumbing and Heating should be your first call. LJ Worcester Resident

We've used Direda several times over the past few years. They replaced our hot water heater a year ago and did an emergency repair on our furnace this week.
