Thank you Tetra for restoring my confidence in home contractors! The customer support provided throughout the process was top notch! From the day I signed the contract to the day of installation there was constant communication letting me know exactly what would happen next and what was required of me. All my questions were answered and the installation was scheduled quickly and completed on schedule. The price was MUCH lower than all my other estimates - by thousands of dollars! Tetra even followed up post installation to ensure all was good. As an added benefit, they assisted with completing and submitting all required forms to ensure I receive my rebate and HEAT loan. If only more contractors demonstrated this level of customer support! Highly recommend for your HVAC installation.

Worked with them for two different properties. Both times the experience was smooth and easy. At the first property there was a glitch after the install and the customer service was quick, responsive and taken care of within a few days. And the rebate process was painless and easy as well.
Their pricing is very fair and they rely on great local companies. It's very refreshing! They helped us source and install both a tankless hot water system and a ductless mini split. Life changing.

I had a ductless mini split installed. Laina was great to get the propoisal to me and all communications up to inspection two weeks after deposit received and installed one week later. Very professional, responsive, excellent quality and exceptional price, half the costs of all other bids I got for the job. Effortless. They are everything you would want as far as customer experience. There are multiple persons with each having their own responsibility so never is one person overwhelmed. It is a 100% painless process and the most affordable and quality solution you can receive.
InHome was much easier to work with than other contractors I considered. I answered a few questions online and got a call in 10 minutes with a quote to replace my boiler. The account manager handled all the Mass Save rebate paperwork and 0% financing paperwork, so I saved hours doing that. Any questions I had throughout the process I could just text the Account Manager and he quickly replied. Overall I saved time, money, and headaches working with this company and would recommend them

We used Homeworks on their new online system called InHome for a new HVAC system and I must say everything was very seamless and efficient. It was super easy to follow the online process. The installation, the removal of our old oil tank. The crew wore their masks and were pleasant. I highly recommend!
