Quick and professional Price was okay
The Boston Air Duct Services scheduled an immediate appointment when we called and asked for their help. Team came in and literally saved us, as our HVAC system needed some love and cleaning. True pros! Will definitely call these guys in the future for ongoing maintenance and cleanup of the air ducts and dryer vents. One thing they also taught me is that the dryer vent requires contains cleaning (as this can really turn into a fire trap with just a small spark).

Elongated Dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned . Professional and friendly technician performed excellent service. Previously, I had this service performed by another company which was not thorough nor complete and had to be redone.
Boston Air Duct Cleaning cleaned my dryer vent and all seemed well initially. However, I just learned that my dryer had been venting directly inside the wall for the last 5+ years -- the previous owner didn't put any duct work connecting dryer to outside. When this company "cleaned" the vent 1.5 years ago, they either didn't bother looking 1 foot inside the opening they cleaned or they didn't think the lack of duct work was useful information to pass along to me. Response to owner: Correct, this service happened in Dec 2020. You offered a technician to clean the vent again for $120, which is not what I'm requesting.
Had an appointment yesterday, did not come with right equipment to do the job. Left our dryer line disconnected. I messaged them yesterday. Told them what happened. Made another appointment for today. Never showed up. No call… No message… No nothing. Now I have to reconnect line some how. Please be careful…. Excuse me. I have every message between us. Also my son was here and saw the whole thing. Please don’t lie….
Seemed to do a good job, and technicians were pleasant. But were over 2 hours late. They didn't contact me; I had to call thrm to see what was going on. And they appear to be a bit more expensive than some of the competition.

These guys were super responsive and professional - they did a terrific job, and the price ended up being lower than I thought. I did not even know that duct cleaning was a "thing" and approached my AC guys first - they didn't want to handle it. But Boston Air Duct Cleaning specializes in this area, and is really great to work with. Highly recommended.

Great service ! Apparently we breathed very dirty air for years until we got everything cleaned by Boston Air Duct Cleaning. I recommend to do this every year just to make sure the air you breath is clean !
BUYER BEWARE — I believe this place may be a scam. They pressure you to have “all your vents” cleaned at a high price-per-vent. I was suspicious but it was Covid times and I’d been coughing a lot working from home, so agreed. They did a sloppy job replacing the vent grills, using only one or two screws instead of the two or four originally there. Dryer vent wasn’t even close and they damaged the plaster around ceiling vents in my basement. I asked to see how much dust and debris they collected and they said they didn’t keep it because I ‘hadn’t asked at the beginning.’ I saw VERY little dust on the old air filter they removed when the cleaning was done, yet I had never had my ducts cleaned after 28 years. They were friendly enough and were at my house nearly 2 hours, but I felt it was all an act. I paid about $1K for the service - big overpayment. I also was supposed to get an emailed receipt but never received one. Look at how many of their Google reviews come from people with 1 or 2 reviews. They’re likely posting fake reviews to get this high rating. Ain’t kosher. Be careful ...
an absolutely MUST service to every house! We moved to a new house 4 years ago and shortly after started suffering from allergies, we bought air purifiers to each room as we couldn't figure out the root cause. Sean and the team were extremely professional and helpful, very responsive, arrived and time and extremely clean and respectful of property, and on top of it all, great price! We have stored our air purifiers and are living allergies free since then!
