On time and nice ! The front line staff Jenn was so great and helpful getting me an appointment. This is a new company for me and so far so good !!
Alan has serviced our central air system for several years and kept it in good working order. We finally had to replace it and went back to Needham Oil last summer. The new system is a heat pump and has worked very well. Alan is always reliable, comes during the scheduled time, completes the work in a timely manner and answers all my questions.
I have appreciated the professionalism of Needham Oil Complete. I really like the knowledge Randy brings to anyone looking to install a minisplit or whole house heatpump system.
Dave was very professional and explained the state of my heater in detail.
Replaced my water heater and price was ultra competitive. They came out about a week later and finished the job in a timely manner. Great service and price.
The technician arrived on time, in fact a tad early. He was friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and responsive to my questions. My only issue was that setting up an appointment for annual furnace maintenace was 3 weeks out.
We switched to Needham Oil a few years ago. The team has been fantastic in every way. Courteous, helpful and responsive!

I worked for this company and it wasn’t too bad the hours were okay some of the guys were cool but Scott the lead technician and supposedly their best installer was very disrespectful and didn’t like new faces. This guy bragged about making more than 20 apprentices quit and wrote their names on the garage door like it was a chip on his shoulder. The fact that the management allows him to mistreat other apprentices and thinks he can yell at anyone with no consequences is so unprofessional and not a good way to grow the company. I was threaten by Scott in front of the managers because he was cutting corners on peoples houses and he couldn’t handle it coming from me and they did nothing to him if anything they sided with him worst of all. I would not recommend working here or ever getting a system installed with this company because you will have problems maybe not today but in a week, month, or year it will have serious issues.
[You Should Review This] Be careful of "Needham Oil Complete Heating and Cooling" and their price increases!!! When prices increase, you should make sure you have the right partner. Didn't feel its the case here. During the "auto refuelling" contract: 1. They asked for two years commitment, but surprisingly their commitment for the price was only for ONE year. Small little details they forgot to mention. 2. During the last winter, the company chose to leave our tank empty for 7 months while the price of oil was low, including super cold months (March and April in 2021 we had the most significant storms since 1979), and only filled the tank after we called to remind them when the price already increased from $3.6 to $5.2/gallon, now they are asking for more 3. They never informed us of the price increase, even when we called to ask to refuel asap. Be careful!! Or at least use this info before partnering with them!
Jim did a fantastic job during the service visit. He followed all COVID protocols and was very patient with all my queries. He also made solid recommendations on potential things to consider for the future. I would definitely recommend Jim highly and would love for him to service our system again in the future.
I am happy that Needham Oil sent out Jim to take care of my heater/boiler for maintenance. I could tell he took great pride in doing his job - professional, kind and thorough. Jim, thank you so much. I am so happy with your work EACH time. And I am thankful to Needham Oil too!
I was very pleased with the Work and recommendations Jim G performed on my AC equipment today. He took care with the equipment during servicing and was very thorough in cleaning the outside units. Would be pleased to have him service the equipment in the future.
We recently needed a new blower motor. Needham Oil staff worked efficiently to order a new one and Jim came out to install it. He was personable, professional, and consummately competent. He thoughtfully answered all my questions and occasionally introduced a bit of humor. We were up and running again in just a few days. Since switching to Needham Oil nearly five years ago, we've been very happy with their products and service. Ed D.
Jimmy is always the man I have working on my HVAC. He is the best tech I have ever worked with. Always punctual, always thorough, always clean, always polite and his technical service is the best!!! n addition he is a delight to have in your home!!!! Always ask for Jimmy!!!!

Jim G as always was terrific. He interrupted his weekend to bail us out as we had no hot water. In 10 minutes he fixed the problem. We could not be more appreciative about both his knowledge and efficiency and most importantly his kindness and skill
Jim is absolutely the best! He is prompt, friendly, and efficient. When my air conditioning broke down he found the problem and fixed it immediately. He is the best technician I have ever used and I will continue to use him and Needham Oil. Outstanding!
