Paul was very responsive to my calls and texts and was able to service my A/C unit right away - which in the heat was super important to me! He went above and beyond in his service - for example, he laid down sheets to protect my floors, and he swept and vacuumed after he completed service. He was very informative about what he was doing and took a lot of photos for documentation as well. Very fair and didn't try to upsell. Would use him again!
I called Paul Saturday evening and he was here Monday morning, fixed everything including some bad work from a previous service as well as cleaned/vacuumed his work areas. He walked me through what he was doing and gave future advice. 100% recommend using him
I put a post out on my towns social media page for help as I had a condensation pump hooked up to my air handler that was not working and hard to access. Literally within minutes I heard from Elements and they were onsite within hours. The service was thorough, the attention to detail was exceptional and they even cleaned up the area in which they worked well beyond their scope of what they disturbed. My room was fully clean even in areas that were not disturbed by their work. Everything was back up and running and I had a very good experience. I plan to bring them back to service 4 of my handlers and start an annual maintenance contract with them. Very good experience all around. Scituate, MA

Paul is very meticulous and does pristine work. He’s very professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I’ve had him install a ductless mini split in my office and annual maintenance on all my cooling systems. I plan to have him do all future work and maintenance going forward. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. If you want it done right, call Paul.
Needed quick assistance with a plumbing issue. Paul was able to come out on a moments notice and troubleshoot the problem for us. Very friendly and professional.

Paul was highly recommended by a trusted GC that we know. Additionally, our plumber that we've worked with for more than 20 years also recommended him, so the bar was set high from the beginning and he surpassed our expectations. He clearly knows what he's doing, is professional and able to assess the situation to provide a customized approach. He was extremely neat and organized which is important when you have a contractor coming into your home for multiple days. We were very pleased with the installation of our 2-head artic split and condenser. We plan to use him again for future work.
It's very hard to sort through trades people to find the right person for the job. I've spoken with multiple HVAC companies before hiring Paul to install a heat pump with 2 mini-splits. In fact, initially I was leaning toward another company because of the lesser quote. I'm glad I didn't. As I spoke to Paul more about the specifics and details of the equipment and installation, it became very apparent that he is a subject matter expert. He wasn't just some sales representative that just tried to sell you a proposal but had no involvement in the installation process. After hiring him, it was tough to try to nail down a weekend for installation, due to my unique circumstances and his schedule; but once he was able to start, he finished the project in one weekend, as he promised. I believe he spent about 18 hours between two days to finish, 5 on Saturday and 13 on Sunday. My wife and I had to send him home around 9pm Sunday night because he was tirelessly working to complete the job and insisted upon cleaning up after the installation, and this was during the terrible heat wave we were experiencing in August. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Paul's installation. He prides himself on executing on the project in a satisfactory, timely, and accurate manner. He is also very clean. He is respectful of the homeowner and keeps everything orderly. Paul believes in building long-term relationships with his customers, and he is doing just that with the manner he conducts his business. He stands by his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied before he is done. To me, he has won over a long-term customer. I will not hesitate to reach out to him again for my HVAC needs and will surely recommend him if anyone asks me for a referral.
We are very pleased with Paul's workmanship. He kept us informed on the location of the equipment inside and outside our home and explained why he was doing what he did. He worked very hard to get things done in a timely fashion. At the end of the job, other than the equipment being where it was installed, you would never know Paul had just been here. Extremely clean work.
Work performed as promised in a very professional manner. Job site clean-up very tidy. 1 day installation for 2 condensers and 4 heads. Heat pump system can be activated remotely by phone - how truly marvelous to come home from vacation to a cool house in the middle of a heat wave!
Paul License installed a heat pump setup composed of 2 outdoor compressors and 7 indoor units at my house in Needham, MA. Paul did an excellent job mapping out where to position the units and run all the necessary conduits. His attention to detail was outstanding - meaning that he did the job right. I appreciated his help getting us up to speed on how heat pumps operate and how to use heat pumps to suite our needs.
I have used Paul at Elements Mechanical a bunch of times and plan on involving him on my projects for years to come. He is professional, knowledgeable and truly cares about doing the job right! He has always been timely, responsive and on budget. As a contractor there is nothing more important to have than that!
Paul came out after our central air system died suddenly and our house became very warm quickly. He came out quickly, did an extremely thorough job and gave some long term suggestions to maintain and prevent the same problem again. Paul did an excellent job replacing our air compressor for our AC. Very professional. First class workmanship. He is very intelligent, resourceful, and polite. Very responsive to our needs. The job wound up being far more complex than initially expected due to the faulty workmanship of the company that installed the furnace. Paul was able to resolve the problems and really deliver. Highly recommend.
