The owner of this company does not hold his employees accountable. An employee of his company lives next door and leaves his van parked in front of our house to cause problems.which is very childish and immature.I also know the company hires people with no experience in the actual trade and will hire if they pass online courses and have had no actual experience in the field.
Several years ago HVAC Industries replaced our 20 year old system. This included all new equipment and ductwork. Instead of just laying the ductwork across the attic joists, they took the time to route the ductwork in a manner that allowed me to double my storage space! This is of the upmost importance when you are in a slab ranch with no basement. Because the installation took place in the early fall and we only used it a few times, I was Impressed when HVAC industries contacted me the following spring when we turned the system on to ensure that everything was working perfectly-and-of course-it was. Last year I had HVAC industries come back and install a mini split in my she-shed. Perfect from start to finish. Each individual I dealt with throughout this process was polite, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.
I reached out to this company for a commercial AC maintenance. Next day an expert stopped by and took a look at our unit. In 20 minutes everything was fixed, the filter changed and instructions on how to use it properly for saving energy and keeping the place cool. I am satisfied with the quality of work, the competitive price and professionalism.
They came to install a new AC system as well as maintenance on the old one. They also installed a central fan system and a couple other small services. The job was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. we are very pleased with the work done!
