Had multiple AC units installed throughout the house. Very non-intrusive setup and they work fantastic. Had a minor issue with a single one of the AC units and worked with Kimberly (contact) and Curt (tech) and the issue was addressed in a very timely fashion. Great service. Thank you.

If you are reading this review then rest assured you have come to a great company for your needs. There is so much positive about this company and the people who work there. I could have picked any company for my new hot water tank but after reading previous reviews I knew I should call and talk to them. Well I ended up hiring them and all I can say is this company does everthing right. The people skills the technicians have is awesome. Everyone person I have met and dealt with are solid in their knowledge about their trade. Pricing was favorable also. They were on time, cleaned up the work area and spent time answering all of my questions and giving me extra advice on HVAC issues. You will be glad to have them as your HVAC company. Tim K.
The team at Prestige was prompt, efficient, and completed the install of two heat pumps at my house without any issues. Not only that, but pricing was very competitive as well. I would highly recommend giving this company a look at your next HVAC project.
Prestige installed my heat mini split pumps. Curt came out and gave me the estimate. He was amazing. He answered all my questions and some for a few days before making the decision. The install crew came out and were clean and respectful because i was working from home. They walked me through everything and I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this company for installs and repairs. They are reliable which is hard to come by now a days. Ginelle in the office is also great and helped me through the Mass Save process which is a pain and she always had a positive attitude and responded to my questions quickly. I am definitely using them for any future installs/repairs.
Called in for a neat emergency. Adam was sent right out. Her went straight to work to diagnose the problem. Was speedy at fixing us. He was professional, honest and walked us through exactly what the issue was. Never had this type of service before. We appreciate Adam and his personable nature. We will be using him again.

Nothing but a great experience with Prestige! Everyone I have dealt with at Prestige has been great. Communication can't be any better, they were so easy to deal with and they have very competitive pricing (at least for my needs). Special shout out to Chris, Adam and Angelo who came to replace my hot water heater. They got the job done and were extremely professional and they also took special precautions to protect the interior of my home from any debris and damage. It was not an easy job (2 flights of stairs and a cramped utility closet). They also answered all questions I had. Thank you Prestige, Chris, Adam and Angelo!

I can not say enough about this company. Chris and all the guys were fantastic. Every one of them were friendly and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable. You would have never known anyone had done work in our house they were so neat and the job was done in two days. It's never a good time to learn that you need a new furnace but in this case, I'm grateful that the Prestige team identified the problem and ensured that I had a new furnace installed within days. I want to thank the three techs who were on the job: Adam, Ruben, and Marshall. They were conscientious and careful to give me the information I needed. I decided to convert my oil heat system to Natural Gas. I was terrify thinking that winter was around the corner and I have to pay again the crazyyyyy amount of money for Oil again this year. I am very glad to choose this company. Very professional, on time, responsable, good costume service.

I cannot recommend Prestige enough. Competitive pricing, phenomenal service, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a rather unique issue with a split system they installed and they patiently worked with me to resolve it. For me, this is the true mark of a good company -- how do they handle issues when they come up. I used them again to install a high efficiency furnace that was competitively priced and installed quickly.
