We called Mr. Karrossi after a corroded valve caused our water heater to leak gallons of water all over our basement. This happened at 10 o’clock at night on New Year’s Day, and he still answered the call. He talked us through how to stop the water for the night, and was at our house before 8 a.m. the following morning. Service was prompt and efficient at a very fair price, and Mr. Karrossi was very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend KM HVAC to anyone in the area.
