The team at Caron Heating responded quickly when our AC unit stopped working. The receptionist, dispatcher and technician Dan were all very professional, explained the process, their very fair pricing, and within 30 minutes our AC unit was working. Great company. I would highly recommend. Thank you for the great service.

I have used Caron Heating & Cooling twice now, and I cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service is!! The ease of texting to inform me of who the technician is (with a picture) as well as their estimated time of arrival is a very nice touch. Stacy, the owner, responds to phone calls, texts, and emails immediately. When I had no heat in the winter, a service tech dropped off several space heaters for me to use in the meantime. They actually CARE, which is rare. I have only had Danny as a service tech both times, but he’s professional and informs me of what had been done as well as what he recommends in the future. I highly recommend!
Caron Heating & Cooling did a great, professional job during the installation of my mini splits. They explained every part of the installation process and completed the project in the timeframe they set out from the beginning. I am always happy with everything Caron has done for me in my home. They have replaced my water heater, furnace and AC unit. They have always been friendly courteous and done a fantastic job. I’ll never use anyone else!
Two years ago I used Caron to replace my boiler, and just now to replace my central air unit. The crew they sent over, Tony and Josh, were on time, spread drop cloths to protect my floors, did the work, cleaned up, and walked me thru. Prime professionals all the way. I work from home and had to be on multiple conference calls throughout the day. The guys were always respectful of this fact and were extremely conscious of keeping the noise down. Ive recommemded Caron to friends and coworkers and I recommend them to you as well!
Wonderful place. Another company told me the compressor in my HVAC unit was junk and I needed a whole new one at a minimum cost of 10K. Danny from diagnosed and fixed the motor for 1K and it has been running perfectly ever since. Thank you Caron!
On a Sunday evening, I called the office and left a message that my AC wasn't turning on. The receptionist called me at 8:00am on Monday to let me know that Andrew (the service technician) was on his way. Andrew fixed the problem in no time flat. You cannot get service any better than that! Plus, the emplyees are professional and personable, and the prices are very reasonable. I could not be more delighted.
Excellent experience throughout the whole process from initial quote through installation. Caron was especially helpful in navigating the MassSave requirements and facilitated securing the necessary appointments and paperwork. Stacy was the best at staying on top of all the details and Chris made us feel confident that we would end up with a great product. Caron hit every milestone, date and times as promised. Their installation team was prompt, courteous and extremely skillful. They were able to overcome any obstacle that came up and involved us in every decision. We had one compressor with 4 units installed: 3 wall units and 1 ceiling unit. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them.
Caron Heating & Cooling started servicing our rental property in Lowell 6+ years ago and has been servicing our home in Dracut since we purchased it 5+ years ago. We have service agreements on both properties which has given us such peace of mind as they have been so quick to respond to any emergency repairs we’ve needed over the years (definitely worth it!). Their customer service is always great, from the office to the technicians…very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, they take the time to know their customers and take pride in their work. We’ve been working with them recently in upgrading our system to support an addition on our home. And they helped coordinate with Mass Save to help us save some money and with the paperwork that comes with it! Answered all of our questions and concerns to once again give us peace of mind. They installed a brand new AC system. The salesman took the time to explain how the system works and answered all my questions over several phone calls. He was always happy to answer my questions and there was never any pressure. The installation was scheduled less than two weeks from signing the proposal. The technicians arrived on time and did a great job! They were very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the old equipment. They took the time to show me all the things they were replacing and showed me how to change the filter and use the new thermostat. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Caron Heating and Cooling are great they always notify you of your upcoming appointment and the check back after to make sure everything went ok. The technician found a problem with the unit and discussed the options we had to repair the problem before it became an issue.
I was looking forward to writing this review for Caron Heating and Cooling. This company deserves more than 5 stars. From the very first phone call I made to the end of the split unit’s installation all of the staff have been polite, professional and the communication was amazing. Every step of the way I was told exactly what to expect all of my questions were answered by a kind polite staff Stacy is amazing she is pleasant, kind, a pleasure to speak to. She explained the units to me and what the installation process entails. Meghan was pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. She was also able to answer questions and if she did not know the answer she checked with someone who did. She and Stacy were always patient answering my enlist list of questions. The entire project was stress free because of the staff’s attention to detail the communication and the respect paid to myself and my home. The materials used were top of the line no short cuts. The men left my home spotless. I could go on and on all of these positive reviews attest to what a great company Caron is. They also came when they said they would be there ,even a little early. Caron Heating & Cooling just completed my whole house HVAC system swap (two units / AC & Heating). From obtaining estimates all the way to completion of the project, the entire Caron team was amazing. The entire process was easy and transparent; they did what they said and when they said they'd do it. This company was so professional and thorough with the installation of my heat pump. From the initial estimate to the install and post install follow up, Caron Heating and Cooling did a superb job with everything. Even my brother, who is an HVAC professional, recommended them.
We had Mitsubishi mini split heat pump installed with wall units installed in 4 rooms for heating and cooling. From the front office staff, to the owners, to the technicians, all were professional, polite, personable, and comfortable to be around. They had great suggestions about placement so that the external runs were as inobtrusive as possible. The technicians checked with us before attaching units, always wore booties over their shoes when they were in the house, frequently checked with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. We will highly recommend Caron Heating & Cooling to friends and family.
My wife and I are fairly new to the area, in May our AC unit didn’t work, they were the only company that came out and helped us. Great service, very nice people who work there. I signed up for their maintenance program and just had my heating system checked out. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend them to anyone
