I was very pleased with Climate design systems, they did a phenomenal job with their service at my home. They provided Great communication from the start. All were Very professional and We are very glad to have chosen this company to work on our Tankless heating system. Definitely recommended.
Our water heater died and left us with puddles of water. We weren’t sure what to do so gave Climate Design a call. The next morning Jake was at our house with several options- once our decision was made, the tank was installed and working within three hours. We are so grateful for Jake and his team. They were fast, responsive, answered any questions we had throughout the process, and made this very stressful situation much more manageable. We will absolutely be using Climate Design in the future.
I have a 2-Family house in Methuen and had a failed water heater. I called Buddy Thomas at Climate Design who I’ve used for the past 20+ years and knowing the importance of getting hot water to our tenants was very important. Climate Design was there the following morning at 9:00 am to replace both hot water heaters and did an exceptional job. My tenants called later that afternoon to say what a very clean, professional job that they performed. They also replaced both steam boilers for us a few years back which included, Asbestos removal, Oil tank removal, installation of new equipment, etc. and did another great job. I highly recommend this company and it’s staff. Job well done Climate design!
I have had a 15+ year relationship wit Climate Design. They are knowledgeable, professional, punctual and courteous. They have installed and maintained our heating and A/C systems over the years. Highly recommend.

I called Climate Design when I saw their flyer. I needed a new heating system, and Evan, Jake and Nicole were so helpful! I was very impressed with the service and I am so happy with my new tankless boiler.

Evan, Andy and Scott were awesome to work with. These three and, Climate Design in general, understand the value of customer service — rare these days! — and walked me through each step of their proposal, financing and didn’t mind indulging me in the many (many) questions I had about heating and cooling options for my home. Each were knowledgeable and creative about the latest technology. Climate Design is great for small projects as well. Scott came and installed a water line to my fridge, and ended up paying a better price than most area plumbers. Really happy with their work thus far and they will be my first call for future projects.
Am so impressed by this company and the job done to fix my shower nob, their workers are very respectful and always happy while working, I would recommend this company to anyone who need plumbing services. Keep up the good job.
They were absolutely Fabulous, I Had a split AC installed on my third-floor condo and they were all professional nice and courteous and reasonable pricing I would use them again

We had Tristan Prior service our Furnace today. He was very courteous and polite. He took the time to answer all of our questions with patience knowledge and confidence. I was going to give it 3 stars but after dealing with Tristan and getting the service we got I decided to give it 5 Stars. Thank you Tristan. You are a great asset to your employer.
Replacement of condenser and air handling unit for one of our home's four AC zones was done very professionally and effectively. We will continue to use Climate Design for all our AC maintenance and any necessary repairs.
Had climate design out 5 times after they tuned up my furnace before they finally fixed it. Overcharged me for installing a $100 part which tool 15 minutes to install. They charged me $ 470 and told me I was saving $100 because I pay a fee each month to be a member, otherwise it would be $570.
Worst customer service, called because I was having trouble with my furnace, they send a guy who did some work even without asking and charge me for it, same day at night the same problem presents and when I called back I spoke with NICOLE who claimed to be a manager of the place and she said that I will have to pay again for them to stop by and check the system. I seriously don't recommend this place.

Had an issue with my boiler and Climate Design worked quickly and effectively to ensure that I had a solution to the problem ASAP. Very appreciative of them, their efforts, as well as their communication. Plan on using them for all HVAC calls in the future and cannot recommend highly enough.
Climate design has been an excellent experience in helping us repair our furnace and heat system. We have used their service many times and whether it was for our hearting system or AC they have always been accommodating , on time, and done an excellent job each and every time. This past week we had a problem with our furnace and they came and fixed our issue with professionalism and quickness. It was 10 degrees out when I called on a Sunday morning when our furnace wasn’t starting and climate design was here within 2 hours and got our furnace up and running in a half an hour. Steve was great and came and fixed the issue with quick response. I highly recommend Climate design for anyone in need of home or business repairs in their HVAC or heating needs. Joe Angelari
Such an easy company to work with. Prompt in emergencies, quick to respond and help even at short notice. Helped us remedy the situation until they could replace our water heater. Wore masks and maintained distance. Thorough and very professional and kind. So thankful for their work today. Cameron did our repair and was so sweet and helpful.
From my initial interaction with the sales staff to the install team this company makes you feel like family! They always had great attitudes, smiling faces, and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. Their attention to detail and knowledge of product is unmatched. This company is the real deal and would highly recommend them.
