Milltown was very responsive to my problem and was on site within a couple of hours. They were also very professional, from David, who answered my call, to Ralph who was the dispatcher and contacted me to Jim who did the repair. I highly recommend them.
My water heater packed up the day before holiday !!! I called Milltown plumbing for help ! Excellent response from the dispatcher that took my original call to the technician Raul that did the assessment and installation! Raul was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of different water heater options ! Thank you ..Raul and Milltown for making what would have been an awful day a better day!! Matt and his assistant arrived on time and carefully assessed my exhaust fan replacement. As the fan in place was over 10 years old Matt provided me with the different options I had for how to replace the unit and how it would look when finished. We discussed my options and Matt went to work. Unfortunately it meant Matt needed to access the fan from the attic which was extremely hot and pretty much a crawl space. The job was well done, they were very professional and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend Mill Town for professionalism and fast scheduling. And I would absolutely recommend Matt for electrical work!! Thank you Mill Town!

Our technician was wonderful. She came promptly, assessed the problem with our furnace with ease, explained the situation clearly, got the parts, and got our heat up and running quickly. I highly recommend! Also, used them for a plumbing checkup. They fixed a leaking pipe same day. Excellent service.
I needed my kitchen faucet replaced on Friday as we are entertaining the next day. Milltown responded to my inquiry immediately. Customer service was excellent. The technician was there the next day. He was professional in his manner and extremely friendly. He resolved the problem and provided me with insightful information. In my opinion the price was a high but you get what you pay for so yes I recommend Milltown. Shawn M
Konnor was the master electrician, and I had reservations about the existing ceiling junction box. He was able to install another junction box in the attic, so the kitchen ceiling is now clean. Danny was also very professional, polite, & helpful. It was a positive electrical installation project. Thank you.

Jordan and Jared did a great job installing a new water tank. They were very efficient and professional. They took the time to explain everything and did a beautiful job!
We have used milltown for a few projects now in our home and we have used Matt everything for electrical. He is always polite, on time, and tells us how it is with a project. He doesn't sugar coat anything. He does great work and takes pride in everything that he does. We are excited to use him for future protects in the home!
Outstanding overall experience! They worked with me to meet a critical deadline (thank you Kevin) Great communication, they pick up the phone when i called, return calls promptly, arrive on time as promised and do great work (thank you Josh and Danny) and follow up after the job is completed. I am very happy and will be sure to call them again when i need additional work!
Pedro was absolutely wonderful. He was on time, professional, and so friendly to me. He identified the problem, explained it clearly and the next steps. He went out to get my faucet and treated my home as if it were his. Would definitely recommend!
