Took advantage of my grandfather, was extremely disappointed how they treated him and over charged him ( being a vet ) plus on a very fixed income, luckily neighbors heard what happened and helped him please don't let them do this to anyone else!
Jared and his team provided us with quality plumbing work and were very professional and timely. Looking forward to using them in the future. Very satisfied.

We've used Eric C Foster Plumbing & Heating a couple of times and they offer consistently great service. The guys who come out are knowledgeable, really professional and friendly. They are able to quickly diagnose and fix problems. I'd recommend them to everyone.
After doing ALOT of research on heating and cooling systems, including taking advantage of expert advice from free heating/cooling coaches in our town, a MassSave audit, and receiving information and quotes from many other companies regarding heat pumps, boilers, and HVAC systems, I highly recommend Eric C. Foster Plumbing and Heating. The customer service from the time of taking my first call to the final install was top notch. Not only were all my questions answered when Todd Foster did the home visit, but he took the time to email me very detailed responses to the multiple follow-up questions I had regarding the system. I was out of town during the install, but my family gave the team extremely high marks for professionalism, cleanliness, attention to detail, and pride in their own work. My family even sent a picture of the final result while I was on the road! To be specific, we replaced a 30+ year old American Standard boiler and 10 year old hot water heater with a Veissmann 95% Efficient Wall hung boiler plus self mixing indirect storage tank for our hot water. I didn't know getting a boiler could actually be a pleasant experience!
Had them come over to give me a quote for a new AC system, and was told I'd receive the quote 2-2.5 weeks later. 6 weeks and 2-3 phone calls to them later, I still haven't heard back. They seem supremely uninterested in actually making money or doing business.

Night I returned home from hospital after just getting a total knee replacement found out we hat no hot water . Thy arrived next after one call to expedite the repairs 5 star rating. Highly recommended.
We had an a good experience with Eric Foster Plumbing & Heating. We have used them for a few things over the years and never had any issues. We recently bought a house in Hollis and knew the possibility of losing power was good. Not only was the entire process of getting a generator setup and installed, their crew was great. In addition, they left the landscaping better than they found it. Great company that takes pride in their work!
I had a great experience working with Eric C Foster to replace my old boiler and water heater. They scheduled the whole process from getting a quote to installation followed by inspection so well. Jeff and Jake, the installer's were very friendly, and Jeff explained everything well during the install. I recommend Todd and his company for any of your heating, HVAC, plumbing projects. I am happy with the outcome of this project, and the price they gave is of excellent value.

Eric C Foster did a bunch of work on my new house including adding a new laundry station in the basement. They were referred by two of my friends. The men who performed the work were friendly, communicative, transparent, and extremely talented. The work itself was very neat and clean, and some quite challenging: all done to perfection. Fine young man attempted to find the source of my washing machine leak but was unsuccessful. Turned out to be a plumbing problem. No follow up and no care after showing pics and explaining plumbing issue.
Arrived at the expected time. Took a quick look at the overall job, got the correct fitting. Before you know it, job is done!
Great quality service. They pay attention to details. I have had them replace my water heater, annually clean my boiler, installed A/C and miscellaneous plumbing issues. I highly recommend them. They do a good job of cleaning up afterwards and removed all the packaging and trash.
Great guys to work with. Very professional, cleaned after themselves, and were not even bothered by my incessant questions. Had new gas lines added to my existing service for a new gas stove, gas dryer, and outside grill. I would never use anyone else for my house or my mom's condo.
Had issues with our heating unit and couldn't get house temperature above 60 degrees. Foster sent someone out within (literally) minutes to review the situation. They quickly triaged the problem and had things running again within a few hours from us making the initial phone call. Great job! Highly recommended!
The workers from Eric C Foster Plumbing are so professional thorough and always so polite. They are on time explain thoroughly what they need to do and when the work is done they do any exceptional job of making sure that the work area is clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. I have never once had to call them back. Always above and beyond satisfied. They know what they are doing and I highly recommend Eric C Foster Plumbing. Great works guys !
We recently moved to this area looking to replace and modernize the utilities of our new home. Reaching out to some fellow neighbors, we were recommended to give Eric Foster Plumbing a call. We were thrilled with the installation of both a tankless water heater and new steam furnace performed by Chad and Kyle from Foster. The level of professionalism, high level of craftsmanship, and attention to detail were quite refreshing compared to where we came from before. The utility area is so much cleaner and more organized because of how the guys installed each pipe and wire compared to the "hot mess" of the old water heater and furnace left by the past owner of our house. In numerous conversations with Chad, he stressed the emphasis of "pride in work" and "this is how I would want it in my own home". Hearing this, I completely trusted the guys and allow them to do their work without worrying. They were both on time every day and kept us in the loop of the progress of the work. After the installation, Chad walked me thru the furnace and water heater and the annual maintenance. And we are also very grateful for Drew from Foster helping us limp along with the old steam furnace for the month of November just enough to get by before the new furnace was installed. Jared Foster, manager, kept us in the loop with everything giving us a clear plan and time frame of when things would be performed. He came by daily during the installation reassuring everything was going smoothly. We also appreciate that all the guys wore masks which again showed attention to detail especially during this pandemic status. We will continue to use Eric Foster Plumbing for our needs with confidence things will be done right on the first go.
We have had a problem reliably heating on of our five bedrooms for 20 years. Zack, of Foster Plumbing & Heating, figured out the problem within an hour after inspecting our situation. Within a week, as promised, he showed up with all the parts necessary to fix the problem, and installed it in less time than estimated. And it works!!! Zach, and Foster Plumbing, were able to fix something that half a dozen other vendors were unable to do. Can't recommend Zack or Foster highly enough!
