Two years ago Dodge replaced the HVAC system in my home and added a new zone. The technicians did a terrific job and we are very happy. Recently I purchased an office condo which needed a new HVAC system. Keith came out, gave me an estimate, and I was able to reduce the purchase price of the condo unit. The install went very smooth. The Dodge office staff are very professional and they communicate with you every step of the way. They are filled with positive energy and it is a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend Dodge Cooling and Heating.

We woke up to a cold house and had no idea why the heat wouldn’t turn on. We put a call into Dodge Cooling and Heating in hopes of them being able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Their office employee was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and right away got us on one of their technicians schedule. Within a couple hours we were notified that the technician was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. He was professional and courteous, moving throughout our home respectfully. We could not be any more satisfied and will share our positive experience with as many people as we can! You won’t find a better company out there when you’re in need of assistance.
Dodge Cooling and Heating is by far one of best contractors we’ve worked with; they are diligent, organized and timely. The area in which they work are cleaned well after they are finished. Was told somebody was going to come back after not being able to determine issue with electric furnace/thermostat issue, and after calling a couple times no answer and unresolved and to top it off on the coldest weekend of the year.
After a long line of hvac companies that didnt want to do the work or didnt listen to what we wanted/needed, we thankfully met Keith at Dodge Heating and Cooling. He took a hard project and laid out solutions pretty fast that completely changed our in home experience with heat that works and vastly improved air quality. His on site team were pros and showed up every day to work and able to communicate on site if we had any questions. The office is also great to work with including helping us through the MA saves loan process. As with any projects there were issues that came up during the project and after we paid, and their response to fix it was instant, they are honest, trustworthy and stand by their work. I couldnt recommend them enough, they are the best of the best!

Keith is really knowledgeable and responsive. He helped us evaluated a few different options and installed 2AC and 2 heaters in a short timeframe. He also take extra steps to adjust my ducts and ventilation to make sure they are compatible well with the new units. He responds to all my questions and concerns in the same day. I would recommend the company to anyone in need of HVAC.
