The best! Responsive friendly competent — follow through first rate
DiBacco and team are outstanding! They installed a new furnace, water heater and heat pump in my home and did a stellar job. It’s made a world of difference with air conditioning and energy savings and just being comfortable in my home. Very professional, friendly & clean. Took the necessary time to educate me on my new set up and followed through by checking in after the job was complete. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
Incredible helpfulness and honesty. I had a problem with a leaking fitting when turning on my sprinkler system for the first time this year, and turned to DiBacco plumbing. I assumed I'd need a replacement part, but Ralph DiBacco walked me through an easy correction via email and it was fixed. They could easily have come out and charged a few hundred dollars to do the same thing. Thank you!
I can't say enough great things about owner Ralph DiBacco and his DiBacco Plumbing and Heating team. They proved to be experts in the repair and installation of Navien Combination Boiler/Tankless Water Heating Systems. Quite simply, they are pros who know their stuff. Add in the fact that they went above and beyond and bailed me out of a no-heat, no hot water situation on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day Weekend, and they are my heroes. Many thanks to DiBacco Plumbing and Heating for a job well done.
Couldn’t recommend Ralph enough. Super responsive, did a fantastic job at the house and made some great suggestions about the install.
My advice is call Ralph! He is professional in all respects. He is skilled, honest, efficient, and fair. When my gas boiler stopped working this winter, he came out immediately and got the old thing running again. I knew the fix was temporary and the boiler needed to be replaced ( god bless its thirty years of service) so I arranged for Ralph to come back and replace it. He and his son showed up on time, broke down and hauled out the old one, installed the new one and Ralph did not leave until he made sure every radiator in the house was working efficiently. If you need help, follow my advice- Call Ralph!

DiBacco Plumbing revised our zone heating efficiently and provided expert knowledge to reprogram our boiler. Phil approached the project with exceptional forethought and had more knowledge of how make our condensing boiler heating system perform properly. He shared his knowledge and explained the system better than any plumber we have used. This was a complex job to split a zone, add new valves and and install new thermostats in our 140 year old home. We had one small issue due to plumbing hidden in a wall, and Phil and team were here the next day to resolve the unforeseen problem. Excellent work, and I highly recommend them.

As a lot of other reviewers, I had used Ralph DiBacco for several years with great service and fair prices. However, about a month ago, I requested service with my 6-year old American Standard toilet in my own home. The rubber flapper had broken, and I'd taken a photo and sent it to Ralph asking for help getting a replacement flapper, since I am working 2 jobs and didn't have time. He responded and said he would come to the house on a Friday, which he did. But the part he brought did not fit, and had to be returned. He returned early next week and replaced the flapper when I was at work. TO THE TUNE OF SIX-HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO DOLLARS! READ THIS AGAIN: SIX-HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO DOLLARS!! For $642, I probably could have purchased a new toilet! I am very, very, very disappointed and completely disgusted with the price gouging. I am the manager of an independent senior living facility in Concord, MA, and HAD been looking for a reliable, quality heating, cooling & plumbing company to work with. Unfortunately, Ralph just burned THAT bridge with the extreme overpricing for a simple toilet flapper. A month ago, I would have (and had) recommended DiBacco Plumbing to anyone and everyone -- NOW, I'm telling everyone to avoid them like the plague!!! As I said -- I am very, very, very disappointed, disgusted, and feel like I was totally taken advantage of. I will never, ever use DiBacco's again.

Would Highly recommend DiBacco Plumbing and Heating. We needed to get the drain in our shower repaired on short notice and Ralph and his team came out quickly. They assessed the problem and made the necessary repair. They were very professional and neat. They knew exactly what to do and got the job done quickly. We were so impressed that we had them come back and replace several faucets. Again, another outstanding job!

Dibacco team went way beyond the call of duty to rescue me from February. I've been using DiBacco for many years and their skill and pro attitude are second to none.
Ralph responded really quickly when our furnace died on a cold New England day- he was able to diagnose and repair the same day I called. We have used him in the past as well, and they were always responsive and had fair pricing.
Ralph and Michael didn’t excellent job. Install my combination hot water heater furnace and whole house water filter. Would highly recommend them for anything heating cooling or plumbing needs.
I don't see contractors like this very often. DiBacco had prompt and clear communication, was on time and more importantly went above and beyond with my service call. High integrity and care for the customer! Highly recommend! Thank you!
