I’ve been calling for HOURS and unable to speak with someone.
Update: I just found out from another company that Redsteel who installed by unit made an error in my installation and caused an internal leak in my unit therefore, I will have to have a company come out every year to replace the refrigerant unless the entire unit gets replaced. I am contacting the building that used this company it is not fair I have now paid over $1650 out of pocket on repairs of a unit only 5 years old that started acting up after year 3. I contacted Redsteel HVAC as the company who the builder used to install my HVAC system and scheduled a service appointment and no one ever showed up. I would stay far away from this company as they are very unprofessional. No one ever contacted me and I had to leave a message twice when I finally got a call back after 9pm with no apology or explanation just oh well we couldn't get to you and 3 other customers today just call the office tomorrow and we can see if we can reschedule. It was no care in the world even after I had to do alot of rearranging in my schedule to be here for the scheduled window. There are plenty of professional quality hvac companies out there I would stay far away from this one. I called another company they came right out diagnosed and fixed my problem the next day they were great, very responsive and extremely professional.
Warning: Do not use this HVAC company. Redsteel did not install our HVAC system properly. Mike will not return our calls. If you finally get them to answer the phone, they schedule an appointment. However, a tech never shows up to that appointment! I've taken off of work multiple times and no one shows up!! This company is the definition of bad business.
Ive spoke with Mike to set up an appt, and here it is 4 weeks later he has never shown up. No tech or a phone call. I even have confirmed emails. If this is how they do business, I do not recommend going to them for anything. I have a new home and theyre listed as the company to use. Whether for heating or cooling needs, Redsteel is great as I've benefitted from both. They show up when promised, you get a text that your technician is on way, take the time to explain the problem and necessary repairs and take care of the issue the first time. Highly recommend!
This company is bad business. Numbers listed for valid forms of contact are not managed. Multiple voicemails were left about an issue with an HVAC system they serviced and no return call was ever received. The tech just showed up to the house the next day unannounced peeping through our door. Very unprofessional service.
I have known and used Redsteel heating and air for over 15 years and as an Area Construction Manager with several of the largest regional and National Builders in the area I can honestly say they are great to work with delivering the largest purchase people make. They are extremely responsive and very professional in their work. As a builder they have also installed my heating and air equipment in my personal home and have always honored and serviced my home. I would highly recommend them for your needs
I have had Redsteel put in three new systems for me. Each time work was done quick and correct on the first visit. Their pricing is on the low side, especially considering to over the top service they provide!
We have had Redsteel out for service several times. The technicians were always on time and knowledgeable. The last time was an emergency and the tech arrived as requested and solved the problem the same day. Thanks again!
I am loving my new hot steam humidifier. Not many companies around know how to properly install them. Redsteel was fast and professional. They even called a few days later to ask if I had any questions as well to see how it was working! Great service all around.

Julio and his son were true professionals. Best customer service I have seen in a business in a long time. Julio took the time to explain to me what had happened to my unit, fixed the issue promptly, & thoroughly answered all questions I had to include some additional questions I had about my HVAC unit unrelated to the repair. Excellent work and excellent service. They did the little things like taking the shoes off when coming in the house as well as cleaning up after they were done. System works great.
