Recently had Moe come by for my AC check up. He was on time, wonderfully knowledgeable, and extremely customer service oriented. He identified a few recommendations for repairs that weren't immediate issues, but could cause me big headaches in the future. I booked the repairs, I was able to pick my service date and time on my schedule, and the pricing was very fair. As a property manager, good customer service is what I like to think sets me apart, and I could use a hundred employees like Moe. He was highly communicative, respectful, and efficient. I will be coming back to Beltway HVAC for my future needs, for sure.

My A/C unit stopped working last night so I called this morning and Haden and Quincey came out later that same day! They were able to quickly identify the issue (the capacitor burnt out) and replace it and the melted wires. They were good at explaining what happened and professional during the entire visit. I can't recommend them enough!

My blower motor in the air handler began to short and no longer work in spring 2022. I’d called three HVAC companies for diagnostics of my aging system, with cost sheets for all the proposals they left with me to to discuss it with my fiancé. Some of the proposals were simply bandaging the 30+ year old system (original system from home builders), and seeing how much life I could still get out of the components. The additional proposal were a complete replacement of the whole heating/cooling system minus ductwork. Inevitably, it was more cost productive to replace the system and not worry about constant system failures requiring maintenance. Furthermore, getting parts for the older system was much harder, and take a longer time to receive based on shortages during that time period. Accounting for the age of the original system, reoccurring maintenance issues, parts shortages and wait times for repairs. I found in my situation it was best to replace the whole system, and used Beltway HVAC services. They were prompt, professional, upfront with options/costs, and even financing options. As for the day of install, a full crew showed up, laid down barriers protecting my property, and were very careful traversing through the house with the clean booties on their feet. Their work speaks for itself. Beltway continually had someone cleaning up as the job progressed, it didn’t matter who it was on the job site. If you weren’t actively work on a particular part of the installation at that time you were getting materials together and cleaning. The old system was removed, hauled off site, new system installed and all checklist items were done in a matter of a few hours. They worked like a well oiled machine. Moreover, I decided to purchase the maintenance plan through Beltway, and they come out twice a year for system maintenance & inspection. Finally, with the warranty and maintenance plan purchased, there’s one less major household stress and financial burden waiting to occur.

I had a contract with this company. It was great for the first year or two then... I scheduled the regular visit and they were no call no show THREE times. This cost me over $1000 in income with no apology. Then the next visit the service person stated that there were "several issues." I went to see and the first was that my dryer vent was clogged. I am a firefighter and I knew that was not the case. I disassembled the outer portion and laughed as I looked to see a completely clean line. Then the "contract" amount was being increased by 150%. This is a terrible company with scam like tendencies. Do not waste your time or money.

Update 6/14: Quincy and Arik have been awesome both times they’ve come. We even ask for them by name, and Beltway grants our request. Great conversation, they explain everything well, and are so quick. We have the family maintenance plan where they come out and tune up the HVAC in the winter and A/C in the summer. It’s much more efficient and affordable than most other companies and they’re always in and out.

Update from 6/2023 - Beltway came out for maintenance on our AC. Arik did a great job explaining our options after showing me how the AC was not repairable. He was on time, kind and even engaged my young boys by explaining some of his tools. I appreciated how thorough he was. We had Beltway come out and check over/do maintenance on our ancient air conditioner. We ended up buying about 2 lbs of freon for it at a decent and competitive price. Our technician was on time, and did an awesome job explaining everything he has doing, was very professional, and wore a mask the entire time. He also gave us honest (and great) suggestions regarding HVAC for our home addition. We were surprised to find our air conditioner working fairly well for it's age and felt no pressure to replace it at this time. We had one miscommunication about an air filter being left out of the furnace after maintenance, but Amanda contacted me quickly in regards to the mistake (once we realized it) and made it right! Very professional and honest company. We will continue to work with them!
