Grant, Rick, & Jaime removed our old fuel oil furnace and air conditioner; and installed a heat pump & ac. They worked steadily throughout the hot humid day. They wore covers over their work boots, and cleaned up afterwards. Prior to leaving, Grant went over the ac system & explained how it work & the needed maintenance. I would highly recommend Clarksville Heating & Air.
David was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it quickly as well. Even though it was the end of the day, he stayed until he was sure our ac was cooling.
Our technician Saeid came during the pouring rain. Despite the unfavorable weather, he still carried out the diagnosis and repair so we can have the air conditioner back for the hot and high humidity weather. We are very grateful for his quick response and service. He also explained very clearly about the issue and repairs. This picture shows the working condition when Saeid repairing our AC unit. I asked him to wait for the rain to stop. But he insisted to fix it first!
Abrahim (correct spelling of his name) was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained every thing before going forward. He was amazing. We are VERY happy with the service. David and Raymond did a fabulous job. I use Clarksville for all of my needs. Add 6/30 I had Andrew for an A/C tune-up. I wish I could give 5 more stars!

The technician came right in the middle of the window that was given. He did a great job explaining what the problem is and was super polite and efficient.
The team of Rick, Jaime and Grant arrived to replace my A/C unit. They were on time, worked professionally for hours to get my new unit up and running. They showed and explained how to use the updated thermostat. I highly recommend Clarksville heating and air.
Once again Clarksville Heating and Air took great care of us and fixed our AC unit within 24 hours of my call. Saeid was actually a little early and solved our problem pretty quickly. Thanks so much.
Update: Had an issue with my notorious upstairs system, AC this time. Rey M came out and was great. He checked over the system, showed me the blown capacitor, and found several other issues we can potentially work on to improve performance of the cooling like I asked. He also noted everything that was potentially not up to code and needed review, which was very helpful. Darnelle Kirby and Ritchie were very helpful and efficient! I had an upstairs furnace installed configured if it was in a upright position, and it was installed laying down! It didn't heat at all! I called a local company with high ratings, and they put in the hours required to take it apart and get it working so my house is warm again.
How does this sound??? I would like to thank the entire Staff at "Clarksville Heating and Air." Especially the front Office Heather, she was very helpful in making sure I receive help during a busy week and continued to follow up in making sure I got the best of the best assistance. Our A.C was not working over the weekend so we called and had somebody come over right away. David helped us out and was extremely nice and resourceful. He made sure to thoroughly look at all the units in the house and explained the problem to us very quickly. The whole process was quick and smooth, only taking about an hour. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Worked with Rey and Mike. Mike Came 3 days earlier and was unable to diagnose the problem due to it's intermittent nature. However, he left his number. When it occurred again (well after work hours) I texted him and he responded and setup an apt for the next day. Rey and Mike showed up the next day and were able to pin point the problem and determine it was something covered under a warranty. They shuffled their schedules and fixed it that day. From my perspective Mike and Rey are defiantly assets to the group and I would not question calling on them again.

I am impressed by the overall experience and service quality. Right from booking the appointment till the time technician's arrival they kept me updated on the the appointment and unforeseen delays and technician details. My technician Rey (Reynaldo) was very knowledgeable and did a though check of all the systems and I must say that he checked on multiple parameters and didn't rush through any of the steps, another thing that stood out was they use latest tools to aid their investigation and recommend solution based on the findings.. which I believe is important especially when you need to replace a part and you will know exactly what to change instead of guessing. Overall very impressed with their service and they have set the bar too high for their competition to match. Highly recommended.
Rey and Grant installed our new heating and AC unit today. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were quick to come out and give us an estimate and we got on the install schedule quickly as well. They left the work area clean as well. We are very happy with their work and customer service. My house is already nice and cool!
