I would Truly / Highly Recommend this business. Our lights went off on Friday, and when the lights came back on there was no heat. Now it's zero outside, and my mom who is 90 years old. My mon and I stayed in that cold house. It's Christmas eve I called Comfort Master Heating & Air. This gentleman came from Nicholasville to help my mom. The lady I spoke with was the sweetest and kind person, and I can't forget about the gentlemen who came and fixed the heat. Plus he was patient, kind, and made sure we understood the work he had done. He also checked for carbon monoxide. He was God sent! Thank you! My mon thanks them too!!
Disappointed in their lack of value in customer relationships specifically a nearly 12 one on NEW equipment. Flabbergasted at follow up on an issue THEIR tech caused. We used their maintenance program on a new system from 2010-2020. Took a Covid break and resumed June 2020. When the technician serviced/inspected the unit in the attic he noted a leak in the condensate p-trap. Had a large crack. That area was passed the edge of the unit and drip pan. He then placed a small round pan under the crack. Did not mention needing to fix that $12 part. Instead he attempted to sell us an over flow switch at almost $200. Get this… (We had one) working order and right in the overflow pan waiting to be called on for duty. It would NOT had solved this issue since the system wasn’t backing up at all. The line was clear. Just clearly cracked. Probably from time and temp fluctuations. Fast forward to September and the leak has saturated subfloor and drywall. Photos were sent to The office and manager to have them come fix it. Their answer was that it had been more than 30 days since they were out and they would see when they could get on the calendar for a call that we would have to pay for. After more than 12 years as a customer and they can’t even “check it out” without a fee when I have provided photo evidence of what their technician did?! I can assure you that my 85 year old mother did not go up into the attic and diagnose the location of a leak and put a pan under it. The office staff member named Chris was rude and lied to me when I asked if she discussed with the owner. When I did reach the owner, Walter Mellott, he looked at the photos and said he saw several issues and would need to talk to his office. I figured he would follow up with me. Nope. He had the rude receptionist let me know that they were still going to charge me to come out and see what their employee (who is conveniently no longer there) did to our unit that ultimately causing the water dam
Matt and Jesse installed new gas furnace and air conditioning with excellence today. They arrived at the scheduled time and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Very efficient, knowledgable, and hard working men who did a great job cleaning up after themselves and hauling off the old system. They replaced a system that their company installed in 1992 along with the duct work when the house was built - 30 years of service. There's a reason that a company is still in business after 30 years - it's called excellent work and support. Thanks, Matt and Jesse!
Outstanding service! I thank Scott “Doug” Douglas and Andrew Wiseman for “saving my day” in regards to my central a/c unit. Doug was assigned to do preventive maintenance on my a/c unit on Thursday, June 17th. He came to my home at the appointed time and went about his duties. After performing his checks he advised me that I could have a compressor going bad but he wanted to get a second opinion from another technician. Andrew Wiseman stopped by and diagnosed the problem as being a bad capacitor so a new one was installed and the problem fixed. I appreciate a job well done by Doug and Andrew and give them “two thumbs up” 👍👍. Thanks guys!

Comfort Master was just out to complete my ‘spring’ maintenance. Scott “Doug” Douglas was the technician who came out. Doug was very thorough and very knowledgeable. He even checked a few things I had never noticed them to check before. Cleaned/replaced all filters and was adamant to clean up after he finished. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Called Comfort Master one morning and they had some out to my house the same day. Andrew Wiseman & Scott "Doug" Douglas worked for two days to get the units working the way they're supposed to. This has been a great group to work with!
I have been working professionally with Comfort Master for the past few years -- Butch, Scott and Brittany are awesome to work with. I called them about replacing my extremely old AC unit and within a day I received a quote including all labor and materials. A few days later I called and Brittany was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Today I had Doug and Jacob out to install my new evaporator coils and the new heat pump -- which required disassembling and moving my furnace out of a small closet. It took them most of the day to disassemble, install the new unit and put everything back together, but they were extremely friendly, thoughtful and experienced. I am very grateful we chose Comfort Master and am happy they stand by their products! Highly recommend!!!!

Had a great experience with this group. Kevin was very helpful in diagnosing our air conditioning problem and even helped us to find out that the previous company didn't register the warranty on it when they installed it. Comfort Master registers new air conditioning units when they install them. The other company refused to offer any warranty or even discount the part that failed. Kevin was great throughout the ordeal. Will be using them next time I have an issue with the systems.

Kevin and team are very professional and hard working. They arrived on time and worked quickly to fix the problem. And due to COVID-19 they were all wearing masks and kept their distance.
We needed our AC serviced after we noticed some leaks and our unit not pushing cold air. Our property manger called them and we got an appt the next day. Kevin came and quickly found the problem but had to come back another day to fix it (no issue of his). He came back a day or so later and got right to work and our AC was working properly and pushing cold air in no time. Would absolutely recommend this company (and Kevin) for their responsiveness and how quickly they are able to help!
Excellent customer service! Mike Cornett has been the service technician working on our unit, and he’s done a wonderful job on keeping us updated and informed on what’s wrong, how to have the unit fixed, and making several trips to get the unit working properly! Many thanks!
I was introduced to ComfortMaster by Kristin McClanahan. I was so impressed that I eventually signed up for a plan that includes a seasonal checkup. The technician was awesome -- on time, pleasant and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
I got a preview of the quality and service responsiveness through my GC, so when I started to work with them on my own (after the construction) I had a high level of expectation - which was met and exceeded! They are great to work with, convenient scheduling and fair prices.
