I received multiple quotes for a new heating/cooling system from different companies. American Comfort was very competitive with their estimate, and we ultimately decided they were our best option. Mark and his team were prompt and got to work on swapping our system out quickly, the outcome was awesome. We are currently enjoying our cold AC and couldn't be happier with the work they did. I plan on using American Comfort Heating & Cooling for all of my HVAC needs in the future.
Contacted Mark at American Comfort Heat and Air, told him my a/c is not working on a Sunday afternoon and he was at my house Monday morning. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it immediately. My A/C went from not working to working in less than 24 hrs. Mark is very professional and very knowledgeable. My family and I can’t thank him enough for his fast response and fixing our a/c. Will recommend to everyone !
Best HVAC company in the tri-state!! Service and quality are outstanding. Mark and his crew installed out system about a year ago in very timely fashion. Had a minor service issue with the AC unit a year later that Mark dropped everything for on Mother's day morning to come out and fix. Was there within an hour and said that kind of service comes with their guaranty. A++ company.

I called Mark and he was able to come out the next day and repair my heating system! He also replaced my thermostat! He worked quickly, explained everything that needed repairing, and charged a fair price! I will definitely be calling him again for HVAC services!!
Mark is the best! We had him install a new HVAC company since ours was on the outs. Every time we would call before, he was always quick & reliable on coming out to check our unit. Hopefully now he won’t have to come as often. The process was quick, easy, & painless! Our system works great & we are loving the ability to control the thermostat from our phones. We also went with an air scrubber to help with the air quality in the house. I could tell a difference in my allergies & the way I was breathing in just 24hours. I highly recommend American Comfort Heating & Air! They are the best at what they do. We are looking forward to getting new ducts by them in the future!

Mark was so great, he came out on Christmas Eve when our furnace wasn’t working and our house was at 52 degrees. He was so nice and quickly identified the issue and fixed it after someone else had told me they needed a kit to fix the issue and would call me next week. He could’ve easily jacked up his rate with it being the weekend and Christmas Eve, but he didn’t and it was more than reasonable. I can’t thank him enough because I don’t know what my fiancée and I would’ve done if he wasn’t able to come out. I would highly recommend him and so glad one of our friends did.
