Dez came and checked my air conditioner and furnace for the summer and gave me a good report! He also washed my reusable filter and put it on my deck in the sun to dry out! I’m happy to get this all done, especially as this is “AN IMPACT DAY” here! Thanks, Ultra LeeEtta Woods
Ultra Heating and Cooling takes good care of their customers no matter what. I know most of their names and they make me feel like I'm a valuable customer. They are quick to respond and fix any issue that arises with equipment.
I could not say enough good things about this company. They did great work, were very fast and had a price significantly better than any other company I've talked to over several years. Many companies try to charge a ton for a mini split install and Ultra's quote was very reasonable and much appreciated.
Both Stan and Jason were great! Stan didn't try to oversell us when we reached out for a new AC/furnace quote. Jason was prompt, professional, and friendly when installing our new systems. Highly recommend Ultra!

Extended/ moved a gas line from our utility room to our laundry room for our gas dryer. I would recommend this company to anyone. Honest, fair pricing and quick to respond. We called last year when our elderly moms furnace quit working on a bitter cold night and they arrived and fixed it very quickly. Great company!
I'm so thankful for Ultra Heating and Cooling. I was quoted an inflated price for installing a new AC unit by another company I've been with for years. I emailed Ultra, and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. Ultra was half the price. The gentleman (Stan) even offered to put in a window unit until my appointment, which was only two business days later. Also, the owner and his partner stopped by to check on the installer. I call that customer service!
Tech arrived on time after calling ahead. Showed up with the right materials and inspected quite a few things before making a decision on the repair. Happy with the outcome.
Amazing service. I hired them for routine annual maintenance of heating and cooling system(including mini splits). Both times someone has come to my home they were extremely nice, professional, and very thorough. Even Monica, who answers the phone and does scheduling deserves some recognition for being awesome and pleasant. I recommended them to anyone looking for service/repairs/installation. They also installed a brand new a/c and heating system as well as tankless water heater for my son. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
I purchased a residence needing new heating and cooling systems (along with a long list of other projects) so time, quality, and costs were all equally important considerations. Like every homeowner the quality, dependability, durability, longevity, and total cost of ownership were rigors Ultra needed to address when presenting brand, installation, and maintenance options. We received other vendor bids and felt the most comfortable with Ultra. They were not the least expensive but they offered more so felt they offered the greatest value. The installation was timely and without issue, the staff was professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. Seasonal maintenance has been managed solely by Ultra and effortless on my part. They come when scheduled, are very thorough, find and address any performance matters and offer suggestions as needed. My relationship with this HVAC company will likely outlast the equipment lifetime. This company does the right thing for the client.

I needed to replace my heating and AC. A friend recommended Ultra Heating & Cooling to me as they had replaced their system and was happy with their experience. To me, word of mouth is the best advertisement! The salesman, who came out to give me a bid, was knowledgeable and gave me options for the size of my house. He answered my questions as I had never replaced a furnace or AC system. Jason, the installer, was professional and handled everything efficiently. I could tell he had done this many times as he worked methodically without hesitation getting the job done to his standards. Everything worked perfectly! I am pleased with the service he provided me. Very professional. They arrived on time and finished the work must faster than estimated (they had additional workers available that day apparently). New AC, furnace, and water heater all installed in a few hours. Everything works great. Very professionally done at a reasonable price. Didn't try to upsell extended warranty or "service membership" that other firms insisted on. Highly recommended.

The wonderful, fast, efficient, friendly and professional crew at Ultra cared for my 20+ year heating and cooling system and prolonged its fragile life. When my entire system heating and cooling system , plus water heater of 30+ years needed to be replaced I chose ultra. I chose Ultra because they had the best price by far, and the best equipment compared to the 3 other bids I received. Not only did I get an overall upgrade of my entire system , it was done in one day. I would recommend them to any one, without hesitation.
