The most professional business I have ever dealt with! They replaced my HVAC system in a timely manner, answered all my questions, and then followed up with me after the installation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! Thanks to Jason & his team for a great experience!
Jason was the most professional technician I have ever encountered. He explained everything as he went along and made my wife and I happy with our decision to have Temperature Pro do our change out. Also, Justin was very very helpful with the financial end of the process. Being retired and not as sharp as I once was, I feel these two individuals particularly, are in the top of their field and feel confident enough to recommend them to anyone that needs help with their AC or heater. I dont recall the helper that Jason had with him but he was very knowledgeable and pleasant also. The leaders of Temperature Pro have a very good reason to be proud of their workers. Very good customer awareness and support.

Very pleased. We’ve used a lot of others that are only interested in selling add ons. Technician was professional, courteous and explained various aspects of the equipment and how they work. Glad we found them and looking forward to using them in the future
Justin and his team at Tempature Pro was absolutely amazing. After noticing my A/C at my office was struggling to keep up with the heat wave we’ve had lately I knew I needed to call somebody. Quickly after reaching out, Justin and his team were able to get out asap and not only diagnosis my issue but give me multiple options on how to go about repairs instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive thing. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service with reasonable pricing!

I was very impressed by the level of service TemperaturePro provided. From start to finish, the serviceman was pleasant and he was knowledgeable about the 2 units we have as well as my mother's unit. I would surely recommend them for service. Communication was great as well.

Super professional service from Jason, even took time to answer questions from me and my 9yr old. Helped us understand how to best run our equipment for efficiency and reliability. Still highly recommend.

Back in June, I had to have a Radon charge put into my A/C unit due to a leak. The HVAC company I had performing my routine service didn’t carry R22 anymore so I had to search for another company to get the charge. I am extremely glad I found TemperaturePro! Jason was extremely professional and helpful. He got right to work diagnosing the problem. I was offered multiple options to resolve the issue and was not pressured into the more expensive options. I really appreciated how quickly TemperaturePro was to respond, and how quickly they resolved the issue, as June was not the time to be without A/C. By mid-August, I was ready to replace my A/C, Furnace and Humidifier. The A/C and Furnace were over 20 years old, and with the A/C taking a type of Radon that was essentially obsolete, I figured it was time to upgrade. I reached out to several companies for an estimate, including several of the larger companies in the KC area, the company that was performing my routine maintenance, and TemperaturePro. TemperaturePro offered the same A/C, Furnace and Humidifier as all of the other companies, but at a significantly lower price. TemperaturePro also could schedule the installation of the new system much faster than the other companies. Here are the reason I will be a lifelong customer of TemperaturePro: 1). Fast response time - I’m not just a number is a queue when I call their office number or send an email. 2). Professional service - Jason, the technician I had for the repair and install, is very knowledgeable and treated my system like it was the system in his own home, not just another job. 3). Quality work - The new unit passed inspection with only a minor issue. TemperaturePro made the necessary corrections and the new system has been functioning perfectly. 4). Communication - Good Customer Service is difficult to find. From my initial contact, TemperaturePro has treated me as a valued customer and has worked to ensure my satisfaction. I appreciate that

TemperaturePro did an outstanding job of replacing my old A/C and furnace in a timely manner during these hot summer days. The communication and customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them!
WOW! After having several other A/C Companies (Neal Harris and Anthony's to start the list) come out to repair our aged A/C system and all telling me that the air conditioner was dead and nothing could be done - I recieved quotes from $11,000 to $60,000 to replace the system and furnace (though I never requested the furnace be replaced, I was told it had to be?!) Yes, you read that correctly 60K! I became so frustrated that I decided that perhaps a mini-split system would be the answer. So I called Temperature Pro and was offered a same day appointment. When Jason Gibson arrived, he cleancut, on time, polite and professional. He took a look at the areas I was considering for the mini split system, he then stopped me and said he would like to take a look at the old A/C to make sure it was truly dead. After, a few minutes he informed me that there was a non working coil that was preventing the unit from cooling the air. He also considered that the coolant may need to be topped off, though it is a freon that is no longer made, so it is a matter of what is on hand and warned me that if that was needed - it would be expensive; about $260 a pound. I was shocked over this, not because of how expensive it was, but because of how cheap it seemed, as the 2 previous companies quoted me $575 and $1000 a pound!! For the very same thing! Jason returned the next day with a new coil, quickly replaced it and we were good to go - and no need for any freon. The entire repair was $1300! which were glad to pay. Jason, as well as his administrative support, are the epitome of customer service. They never spoke down to me as if there is no possible way a female could understand HVAC issues (both of the other companies did this) He is clear and concise when identifying the problem, offered solutions and adapted as needed and overcame any barriers. Jason sent a text saying what time to expect him and if that would work, was right on time, and was super professional. He took a lot of time to explain things without being patronizing, helped me understand what to look for and how to adjust the ducting for different times of year, and helped troubleshoot one room that was always cold. Thankfully it was all a cheap & easy fix!
Very good service! Another local company attempted to install a new AC for us but still could not get it working after several visits over 10 days! We finally called TemperaturePro for a second opinion and they fixed the problem in one morning. I strongly recommend them and will continue to use them for maintenance work. Thank you!
