Our technician Derek was very informative and did not sell me things I didn’t need. He did however save me money by servicing my AC so it will last longer. I will definitely use them again.
Kyle was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. We were especially appreciative of Kyle’s transparency and honesty when it came to installing a new water heater. This is certainly a plumbing service we’ll use again!
I called KB Complete for heater repair in October last year. The gas heater was functional on the outside unit and no hot air was being blown inside the building. The technician recommended replacing a 5HP Blower motor for $3500 plus labor and tax. I used a different company and got it running for $100 for a new belt plus labor and tax. Can’t believe how unethically this company functions.

Logan showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and explained what the problem was. Fixed the problem and had the A/C up and running in no time. Very positive experience. KB Complete has the best service technicians. Would recommend them to my family, friends, and strangers.

We had water in the basement. I thought it was the hot water heater but, it was the drain. I opened it myself prior to Nick arriving for the job. He looked at everything and said it was the drain. He didn't charge me either! Will continue to use KB for friendly professional work. Ask for Nick!
8 or so months ago KB installed a mini split into my home in Prairie Village. The staff was excellent, professional, and timely. The prices were fair. The mini split keeps the nursery that my daughter will grow up in cool. I highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone.
Chris the Service Tech and Kevin the Field Manager came out and they were terrific. Friendly, Knowledgeable and Honest. They were there to fix a Water Spigot that was leaking but also gave me some options and advice for a Hot Water Heater that was starting to show signs of Deterioration. Highly recommend them.
We had a storm take down half a tree - missed the house only barely - but it did tear down all the electrical from the side of the house. KB was able to fix everything and have power back on in two days. 1 Day to check out the damage and the scope of the job, AND get all the city permitting they needed. Worked a long 2nd day to have power back up. THEY EVEN 'FOUGHT' WITH EVERGY on our behalf to get our power back on that day. Evergy was going to leave us disconnected for another week in the middle of summer. We could overhear on our side of the conversation the tech saying, "People live here!" As I said - KB got our power back on that day for us despite the city and electrical company dragging them down. The electricians that came out were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. KB says they're the company you can recommend to a friend - and I am 100% on board with it.
Nick showed up on time and knew exactly what the issue was within minutes. He had our AC fixed and the house cool again quickly including answering all my questions along the way!
My service tech Firl was quick and friendly however the price charged by the company was unreasonable. It over $400 for a routine smart thermostat install (not including the product which was purchased separately). I encourage you to research more affordable companies for your next job
Dylan serviced my old panel from 1975 and got it quickly updated. The service him and his associate provided was professional and thorough, and he helped to point out and explain the various other electrical concerns I had with the old home. Overall a fantastic team of electricians. I highly recommend KBs service. Also, Sarah who helped schedule the appointment was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to speak with.
Randall was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable in completing the work I needed done. I am very, very satisfied. I am totally happy that I contacted KB Complete Plumbing. I will definitely use this company again (and hopefully Randall) if the situation arises.
I can not say enough above Jevon he arrived early was waiting for me as I pulled up and parked he rapidly safely moved to meet at the front door we then got to our condo door and he patiently waited till I could leash our dog the I showed him the work and he was through and worked top notch ! He found our outlet problem quickly and installed then very nicely ! Thank you
Hello my name is Jeremy and I had George come in and fix my 3 ceiling light fixtures. He was very professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He was able to fix everything without issues! I am very satisfied.
You were on time. Dressed professionally. Seemed knowledgeable. Very attentive. You did what I did. Put meter on unit, got the same reading as I and stated I might need a booster for the low cost of $450.00. You were here for a total of 17 minutes and billed me for $50.00. Nothing accomplished. Unit still in same condition and I still MIGHT need booster and I'm out 50 bucks.
Kevin was very helpful. He offered several options for us to consider. He was well versed in company policy. We appreciated what he advised and the options were sensible! The receptionist and dispatch person also kept us well advised. I will use them again and ask for Kevin!!!
My air conditioner went out on me and Logan From KB Complete was the serviceman who did the diagnostic check on the system. He was friendly, and knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining my problem to me. He was prompt and went out of his way to adjust me into his schedule.
