Update - After being billed $700 for a control board and thermostat the AC worked for 6 days. Then after being told I will have a motor put in for free the next day(day 7) I agreed to use this service for a new ac unit after next week for them doing the free motor. The next morning I was sent a invoice for a $500 motor and no recollection of the deal made the day before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. With the the heat over 90 and and my ac down needs several repairs Working Wolves came out promptly and has my ac working better than ever. Very friendly and willing to explain the process. This new home buyer is very happy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Chet was amazing. This is the best HVAC guy in town. He is very professional, great at explaining the information, and priced extremely fair. Found out my issue in minutes. All his customers are giving him 5 stars for a reason. I will be absolutely be using him when I need to replace my HVAC in the far future.

Chet came out to fix our air conditioner on a hot Saturday. He was polite, knowledgeable about the system, friendly, and explained in detail what the issue was during repair. He did suggest a few other preventative measures we could take on our older system, but was not high-pressure. Checked back with us over the next couple days following repair. Prices very reasonable for a weekend. Would definitely contact Chet again in future!
I highly recommend BusyBee after home repairs and also installing a new furnace / blower system. The owner Chet is totally responsive to our calls, takes the time explain how the systems work, and works hard to deliver a cost effective solution. He’s been a true professional and someone trustworthy to enter our home. I am highly pleased to recommend him — especially as he is working hard to grow his fledgling business.
He is professional and honest. No pressure selling and after hour service without the after hours price. Wore mask the whole time and helped beyond what he came in for. He even helped me find my reptile that was lost in air ducts when no body in Lawrence would. He spent lots of time with his camera and didn't treat me like it was just a lizard, but a pet. I had him come out for another job to remove an humidifier that was out dateted in on our unit. I would highly recommend him for the job. Will use him again. He also offers a military discount and a maintenance agreement for a reasonable price. Check his business out. I like to help new businesses out, but didn't even know he was new. So a 5 star review for his performance. He will go out of his way to help unlike the big companies that are all about the money and telling you there are a dozen other things that need to be fixed and make you worry if you don't do the repairs.
