I called and got an answering service. They took a day to get back to me, but once they did, everything went quick. Zach arrived at the early end of the time frame I was given and he figured out our issue quickly, explained everything well, and was very friendly and professional. I asked a few questions which he answered and he seemed happy to give more information. I will definitely use their service again!
Trenton came out last night after my AC froze. The house was heating up quickly. Trenton assessed the situation and got everything running again. Great service! It is great being on the maintenance plan. Saved considerable since this call was after hours. Thank you Trenton! This morning Zach came out to look over my HVAC situation. After a thorough evaluation and discussion about my preferences he shared my options and the pros/cons. No pressure just information. Great job!!
I had Mr. Zach French over and he took a look at the AC unit and immediately saw the issue and solved the problem in the matter of minutes. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing.
Vince replaced our old ac/furnace with an energy efficient heat pump/furnace. Quality and timely work. We are appreciative.
Of course on the hottest few days of the year our compressor goes out. Thanks goodness for the good people at Cloud, they came right out and diagnosed the issue and figured out my compressor was under warranty and could be replaced for FREE. I found out though that the compressor was back ordered 6 weeks, I thought to myself what now. The amazing staff at Cloud jumped into action, I spoke with Brandy and Amy on different occasions and both were on top of it, gave me reassurance and confidence that they would circumvent the situation and find a solution. Within the hour I received a call from Jeremy who I believe is the owner and told me they located a compressor and it would be in tomorrow. Scheduled me to have it put in first thing. Zach who had been over initially to diagnose the issue came back for the install (which I loved, having someone familiar with the set up being called back to do the work). He did a fantastic job. Had mentioned to my wife after he came the first time how impressed I was with him. I told her, I know he makes good money doing HVAC but man he should be in some form of customer service as he was flat out impressive. So back to Cloud and their work, they sent out 2 workers (Zach and Trenton) to do the work, spending a good portion of the morning on one of the hottest days of the year (which I know they had a huge demand for labor that day), they dedicated 2 employees to get me back and running, on warranty service at that, not dollar signs. If you are anything like me, you know service is not what it used to be, well if you want a throw back to the yester years of service, give Cloud a call. You will quickly see that everyone from the owner, to dispatcher, to office admin to the service techs are all about providing exceptional customer service.
Trenton explained my options well and got our AC working quickly on a 100 degree day! Thanks!

We’ve had a great experience with Cloud. Just got set up on the preventative maintenance program. Cost is very reasonable. Trenton came out exactly when they said he would, was quick, polite, and put up with my dog losing his mind every time he stepped in the house. 😊
We had Jacob for the first time for our annual AC maintenance and we were very impressed! He was professional, knowledgeable, and it was obvious that he cares about his work. And he showed interest in our other heating/cooling system that we thought was completely broken, but turned out to not be broken. Thanks to his thoroughness, we now have a working second system!
